驚心動(dòng)魄：戰(zhàn)斗民族的打臉比賽 一巴掌能把人打暈

戰(zhàn)斗民族俄羅斯近日發(fā)明出了令人聞風(fēng)喪膽的打臉比賽，規(guī)則很簡(jiǎn)單，參賽者互扇耳光，哪一方臉被打得無(wú)法忍受，對(duì)方就獲得勝利?？上攵?，最終的獲勝者肯定不是吃素的。

The Russian city of Krasnoyarsk recently hosted the country’s first ever amateur face-slapping championship, which had participants slap each other across the face until one of them got knocked out.

俄羅斯城市克拉斯諾雅茨克前不久舉辦了該國(guó)首個(gè)業(yè)余打臉錦標(biāo)賽，參賽者互扇耳光，直到其中一方被擊敗。

The controversial event was held during the Siberian Power Show, a popular sports show held in Krasnoyarsk on March 16 and 17. A similar competition took place last year, in Moscow, but it featured only professional athletes competing for the unofficial title of most heavy-handed face slapper.

這項(xiàng)備受爭(zhēng)議的賽事是西伯利亞力量秀的一個(gè)項(xiàng)目，這場(chǎng)熱門(mén)運(yùn)動(dòng)秀于3月16日至17日在克拉斯諾雅茨克舉行。去年在莫斯科也開(kāi)展了一個(gè)類似的打臉比賽，但參賽的都是專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員，他們參加比賽是為了爭(zhēng)奪“辣手打臉冠軍”的非官方頭銜。

This time, organizers decided to give amateurs the chance to prove themselves, so anyone willing to engage in some manly face slapping was invited to sign up. Most of the participants were just random guys who had come to attend the power show and decided to try something new. It’s fair to say that some of them didn’t know the world of pain they would be experiencing at the hands of a mountain of a man…

這一次，主辦方?jīng)Q定給業(yè)余人士一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)證明自己，因此任何愿意參加打臉比賽的人都可以報(bào)名。大多數(shù)參賽者只是來(lái)參觀力量秀的過(guò)客，他們決定嘗試一下新事物。說(shuō)實(shí)話，其中一些人沒(méi)有意識(shí)到自己落在大塊頭手里會(huì)疼成啥樣。

In this amateur face-slapping championship, competitors faced each other across a small table similar to the ones used in arm-wrestling competitions, and hit each other across the face with the palm of their hands. Ideally, one of the two men would be knocked out by the slap, but if both were left standing after taking three slaps, a judge would decide the winner based on power and technique.

在這場(chǎng)業(yè)余打臉錦標(biāo)賽中，選手們隔著一張小桌子(和扳手腕比賽用的小桌子類似)面對(duì)面，用手掌打?qū)Ψ降哪槨＠硐肭闆r下，其中一個(gè)人會(huì)被一巴掌打倒，但如果在互相扇了三個(gè)耳光后雙方都屹立不倒，裁判就會(huì)根據(jù)打臉的力度和技巧來(lái)判定獲勝者。

Although face-slapping isn’t an official sport (yet), the competition did have some simple rules. Participants were not allowed to hit opponents with the bottom part of their palm, only with the fingers and the upper half of the palm, to avoid causing serious injuries. They were also forbidden from targeting opponents’ temples, ears and eyes. These measures were meant to protect competitors, but when you’re an average-weight man getting slapped by a 350-pound heavy-handed farmer, they don’t really help much.

Apparently, organizers of the face-slapping championship didn’t think it was necessary to have different weight categories, which allowed 28-year-old Vasily Kamotsky, a 168-kg farmer and fitness enthusiast, to decimate the competition. Most of the guys he went up against were about half his size, and their slaps didn’t seem to bother him in the slightest, while his big hands literally knocked down several opponents. You can even see him holding back after almost knocking his first opponent unconscious.

顯然，打臉錦標(biāo)賽的主辦方認(rèn)為沒(méi)有必要按參賽者的體重來(lái)分級(jí)，所以才讓28歲的瓦西里·卡莫茨基——一個(gè)體重168公斤的農(nóng)民、健身愛(ài)好者——以終結(jié)者姿態(tài)贏得了比賽。他的大部分對(duì)手塊頭都只有他的一半，扇過(guò)來(lái)的耳光似乎一點(diǎn)也撼動(dòng)不了他，而他的大手則打趴下好幾個(gè)對(duì)手。你甚至可以看得出，在他差點(diǎn)將第一個(gè)對(duì)手打暈后，他都不敢使出全力了。

Kamotsky easily won the face-slapping contest, and while he only got 30,000 rubles ($470) as a prize, he also became an overnight sensation after videos of the competition went viral online. Organizers have already invited him to take part in another face-slapping contest, this time against professional athletes, who they hope will prove a stiffer competition.

卡莫茨基輕而易舉地贏得了打臉比賽，盡管他只能獲得3萬(wàn)盧布(3139元人民幣)的獎(jiǎng)金，但是他卻由于比賽視頻在網(wǎng)上被瘋傳而一夜成名。主辦方已經(jīng)邀請(qǐng)他去參加另外一場(chǎng)打臉比賽，這一次對(duì)手都是專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員，主辦方希望這次的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能激烈一些。
