巴西一女性接受死者子宮移植

Researchers in Brazil released a groundbreaking study last Tuesday on the first baby born to a woman with a transplanted uterus from a deceased donor.

The mother and baby, born through c-section on December 15, 2017, are now cemented in medical history as the first to successfully use a uterus from a deceased donor.

這位母親和這個2017年12月15日剖腹產(chǎn)出生的嬰兒，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為醫(yī)學(xué)史上首例成功使用已故捐贈者子宮的案例。

Few but successful births have taken place using donor uteruses from live patients in Sweden and the United States, with 39 transplants and 11 births.

在瑞典和美國，使用活體捐贈者的子宮成功分娩的案例都很少，只有39例移植和11例分娩。

Though there have been 10 uterus transplants from deceased donors in the United States, the Czech Republic and in Turkey, this is the first to result in a child.

The study, published in the journal The Lancet, reported on the mother before, during after her transplant and subsequent birth.

She was 32 years old at the time of the uterine transplant, which took place at the Hospital dasClinicas, University of Sao Paulo School of Medicine, Brazil, and lasted for more than 10 hours, on September 20, 2016.

2016年9月20日，32歲的她在巴西圣保羅大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院達(dá)斯丹尼醫(yī)院進(jìn)行了子宮移植手術(shù)，手術(shù)持續(xù)了10多個小時。

The uterus was donated by a 45-year-old deceased mother of three, who died from asubarachnoid hemorrhage. The donor was chosen because of her blood type, age and amount of births.

子宮是由一位45歲的母親捐贈的，她是三個孩子的母親，死于蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血。捐獻(xiàn)者是根據(jù)其血型、年齡和分娩次數(shù)被選中的。

The patient was married for five years and suffered from congenital uterine absence, making it impossible for her to conceive naturally. She had an IVF cycle four months before her transplant.

患者結(jié)婚5年，先天性子宮缺失，無法自然受孕。移植前4個月她接受了體外受精手術(shù)。

After the transplant, her period returned after 37 days. She received transplanted embryos seven months after the procedure, in April 2017, from which she became pregnant.

移植后，她的月經(jīng)在37天后恢復(fù)了。她在手術(shù)7個月后，也就是2017年4月，接受了胚胎移植，并由此懷孕。

The baby was born at 36 weeks old, with no complications. The donor uterus was removed from the receiving patient during the c-section. At the time of writing the study, the baby was 7 months old and growing normally.

嬰兒在36周時出生，沒有并發(fā)癥。在剖腹產(chǎn)過程中，捐贈者的子宮從受者體內(nèi)取出。在撰寫研究報告時，嬰兒已經(jīng)7個月大，發(fā)育正常。
