錫在全國(guó)率先實(shí)現(xiàn)下一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)IPv6

Wuxi has become a domestic leader in putting the Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6)-based network into large-scale use, according to a statement by the municipal government on Sept 10.

據(jù)無(wú)錫市政府9月10日的一份聲明稱，該市已成為大規(guī)模使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)議第6版(IPv6)的國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先者。

IPv6 is the sixth version of the Internet Protocol (IP) developed by the Internet Engineering Task Force(IETF) to deal with the problem of IPv4 address exhaustion. It is intended to replace IPv4.

IPv 6是因特網(wǎng)工程任務(wù)組(IETF)為解決IPv 4地址耗盡問(wèn)題而開(kāi)發(fā)的因特網(wǎng)協(xié)議(IP)的第六版。其目的是要取代IPv 4。

Building the IPv6-based network was elevated into a national strategy in an action plan for promoting the large-scale deployment of IPv6 issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council.

在中共中央辦公廳和國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳發(fā)布的促進(jìn)大規(guī)模部署IPv6的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃中，基于IPv6的網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)被提升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略。

As a demonstration city for developing the next generation internet, Wuxi launched IPv6 trials in 2009 and began to put it into large-scale commercial deployment in 2012.

作為開(kāi)發(fā)下一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的示范城市，無(wú)錫在2009年啟動(dòng)了IPv6試驗(yàn)，并在2012年開(kāi)始大規(guī)模商業(yè)部署IPv6。

The city has solved a large number of key technical problems, promoted more than 50 commercial properties of IPv6 applicable in internet devices, formulated a series of technical standards and acquired a number of invention patents.

目前該市已經(jīng)解決了大量的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題，推廣了50多項(xiàng)IPv6商用性能適用于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)設(shè)備，制定了一系列技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并獲得了多項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利。

Wuxi has been on a fast track of IPv6 growth since last year. China Telecom's Wuxi branch took the lead in upgrading the city's internet infrastructure with IPv6 this August with a Fiberoptic broadband network and a wireless network.

自去年以來(lái)，無(wú)錫一直處于IPv6增長(zhǎng)的快速軌道上。今年8月，中國(guó)電信無(wú)錫分公司率先用IPv6升級(jí)了該市的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，建設(shè)了光纖寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)和無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)。

As a result, a total of 500 million netizen in the city have access to IPv6-based Internet.

最終，無(wú)錫全市共有5億網(wǎng)民接入了基于IPv6的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。

Wuxi has currently achieved full deployment of IPv6-based Internet, which will provide abundant address resources for the upcoming 5G network construction and a good online environment for extensive application of the new generation of information technology inareas such as the internet of things (IoT) and cloud computing.

無(wú)錫目前已全面部署基于Ipv6的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，將為即將到來(lái)的5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)提供豐富的地址資源，為新一代信息技術(shù)在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算等領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用提供良好的在線環(huán)境。

Gao Yaguang, deputy mayor of Wuxi, said that the city will seize the opportunity brought by IPv6 to boost advanced development of the new generation of the information industry and continue to support the growth of the IoT industry in Wuxi.

無(wú)錫市副市長(zhǎng)高亞光表示，該市將抓住IPv6帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇，推動(dòng)新一代信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的先進(jìn)發(fā)展，繼續(xù)支持無(wú)錫市物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。
