不動產(chǎn)登記平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)全國聯(lián)網(wǎng)

China's long-expected national property database has started to connect information stations acrossthe country, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources.

自然資源部近日透露，期待已久的全國不動產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)庫已開始與國內(nèi)各信息站點(diǎn)連接。

There have been 3,001 property registration stations in 335 cities and 2,853 counties serving more than 300,000 enterprises and individuals on average each day, according to the latest statistics.

最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，全國335個地市、2853個縣區(qū)共設(shè)立了3001個不動產(chǎn)登記站點(diǎn)，平均每天為30多萬企業(yè)和群眾提供服務(wù)。

The unified real estate database not only helps simplify the whole registration procedure, but also facilitates the real-time disclosure of property owners' holdings, which has been regarded as vital for property market management and a major step to fight against corruption.

統(tǒng)一的不動產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)庫不僅有助于簡化整個登記流程，還為及時披露業(yè)主所持資產(chǎn)提供了方便，對管理房地產(chǎn)市場和打擊貪污腐敗起著至關(guān)重要的作用。

With the national database, individual ownership of houses and house mortgage records in China will be traceable so speculation will be effectively restrained under the country's property-purchasing limits.

擁有這一國家性質(zhì)的數(shù)據(jù)庫，國內(nèi)的房屋個人所有權(quán)和房屋抵押貸款記錄就是可追查的了，這樣一來，在中國的房產(chǎn)限購制度下，投機(jī)行為將會得到有效地限制。

Meanwhile, a unified property registration system is believed to force corrupt local officials to disclose properties purchased with illicit funds.

此外，一個統(tǒng)一的財(cái)產(chǎn)登記系統(tǒng)被認(rèn)為會迫使腐敗的地方官員披露用非法資金購買的房產(chǎn)。

In 2014, China issued rules requiring real-estate owners to register their holdings with authorities, requiring for a unified national registration system for various types of real estateto replace the old diverse and localized system.

2014年，我國發(fā)布了相關(guān)規(guī)定，要求業(yè)主向有關(guān)部門登記其所持資產(chǎn)，要求建立針對各類不動產(chǎn)的統(tǒng)一的國家登記制度，以取代原有的種類繁多、本地化的制度。
