崔永元炮轟范冰冰偷稅漏稅

The Chinese tax authority has started investigations on tax evasion practices in the film and television industry. Any illegal activities uncovered will be punished in line with the law, the State Administration of Taxation said in a statement released on Sunday.

國(guó)家稅務(wù)總局日前發(fā)表聲明稱(chēng)，中國(guó)稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始就影視行業(yè)的偷漏稅行為進(jìn)行調(diào)查。任何非法行為一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)都將依法受到處罰。

The statement is in response to recent heated online discussions that Fan Bingbing, a famous Chinese actress, might have evaded paying tax through only reporting a fraction of her total income as stated on a payment contract.

該聲明是對(duì)最近網(wǎng)絡(luò)熱議的中國(guó)著名女演員范冰冰，可能通過(guò)報(bào)告一小部分收入(一開(kāi)始設(shè)立在付款合同中)來(lái)逃稅。

The remaining part of her income, which is larger than the reported amount, however, was paid through separate privately-signed agreements, a way to avoid tax payment based on much higher income, according to the online accusations.

根據(jù)網(wǎng)上的指控，她收入的剩余部分，比所報(bào)告的部分?jǐn)?shù)量要多很多，然而，這部分是通過(guò)私人簽署的協(xié)議來(lái)支付，這是一種在收入過(guò)高時(shí)逃避繳稅的方式。

 

The investigation started in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, the tax administration said, and further measures will be taken to prevent similar cases and enhance law enforcement.

國(guó)家稅務(wù)總局表示，調(diào)查從中國(guó)東部的江蘇省無(wú)錫市開(kāi)始，下一步將采取措施阻止類(lèi)似案例的發(fā)生以及提高執(zhí)法。

Earlier last week, Cui Yongyuan, a famous cultural critic and former CCTV anchor, posted on his Weibo account photos of the contract for a four-day shoot involving Fan.

上周早些時(shí)候，著名文化評(píng)論家兼前中國(guó)中央電視臺(tái)主持人崔永元，在其微博發(fā)布了與范冰冰相關(guān)的為期4天的拍攝合同照。

Fan Bingbing Studio issued a statement, accusing Cui of violating Fan's legal rights and interests by publicizing the contracts and leveling insulting remarks toward her.

范冰冰工作室隨后發(fā)布一份聲明，控告崔永元通過(guò)公布合同和對(duì)她侮辱性輿論的導(dǎo)向，侵犯了范冰冰的合法權(quán)利。

Cai Daotong, director of the Law School of Nanjing Normal University, said that the tax authority has the obligation to investigate whether there are illegal activities during the tax reporting process.

南京師范大學(xué)法學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)蔡道通稱(chēng)，稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)有責(zé)任調(diào)查納稅申報(bào)過(guò)程中是否存在違法行為。
