日本一季度經(jīng)濟(jì)萎縮

Japan's economy contracted in the first three monthsof 2018 due to weak private consumption andbusiness investment, putting the brakes on thenation's longest growth streak in 28 years, government data showed.

根據(jù)日本政府公布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，由于私人消費(fèi)和商業(yè)投資疲軟，2018年前三個(gè)月日本的經(jīng)濟(jì)出現(xiàn)萎縮，結(jié)束了該國(guó)28年來(lái)最長(zhǎng)的一輪連續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。

The world's third-largest economy shrank at anannualized pace of 0.6% in the January-Marchperiod, compared with revised 0.6% growth in thefinal quarter of 2017. The contraction was the first since the final quarter of 2015.

今年1-3月份，這個(gè)世界第三大經(jīng)濟(jì)體的GDP換算年率萎縮了0.6%，這是自2015年第四季度以來(lái)日本經(jīng)濟(jì)首次出現(xiàn)萎縮;2017年第四季度的經(jīng)濟(jì)增速被修正至增長(zhǎng)0.6%。

It comes as the Japanese economy seemed to have finally escaped decades of stagnation, helped by economic policies including the Bank of Japan's aggressive monetary easing.

此前，在日本央行激進(jìn)的貨幣寬松政策下，日本經(jīng)濟(jì)似乎終于擺脫了數(shù)十年來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)停滯不前的局面。

Private consumption, which accounts for about 60% of GDP, stayed flat in the latest quarterafter heavy snow in January and February caused people to stay home, while higher fresh-foodand energy prices made consumers reluctant to spend.

因1、2月份的大雪天氣讓很多人足不出戶，約占GDP的60%的私人消費(fèi)在第一季度持平，而生鮮食品和能源價(jià)格的上漲讓消費(fèi)者不愿消費(fèi)。

Capital Economics senior Japan economist Marcel expects annual growth to slow to 1.2% thisyear from 1.7% in 2017.

據(jù)Capital Economics公司的高級(jí)日本經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家Marcel估測(cè)，今年日本的年經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度將從2017年的1.7%下降到1.2%。

Still, government officials and analysts expect the decline to be temporary. Some analystsexpect the economy to rebound as soon as this current April-June quarter.

但是日本的政府官員和分析人士則預(yù)計(jì)，當(dāng)前增速下降只是暫時(shí)的。一些分析人士認(rèn)為，最快在第二季度，日本經(jīng)濟(jì)就有望出現(xiàn)反彈。

"There is no change in our view that the economy is recovering moderately," Economy MinisterToshimitsu Motegi said.

日本經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)大臣茂木敏充稱：“我們認(rèn)為經(jīng)濟(jì)正在穩(wěn)健復(fù)蘇的觀點(diǎn)沒(méi)有改變。”
