西班牙警方查獲8噸假奶粉 大多運(yùn)往中國(guó)

近日，西班牙警方搗毀了一個(gè)包裝假奶粉的地下工廠，并逮捕了四名波蘭籍犯罪嫌疑人——而被繳獲的假奶粉據(jù)信主要將銷往中國(guó)。警方繳獲了八噸假奶粉，分裝在一萬三千多個(gè)箱子里準(zhǔn)備銷售。犯罪嫌疑人從波蘭以每公斤1歐元的成本進(jìn)口散裝劣質(zhì)奶粉，然后再以600克為一袋裝盒，運(yùn)往西班牙后在網(wǎng)上銷售，每盒賣10歐元——而且還根據(jù)不同國(guó)家的需要進(jìn)行包裝，并貼上不同的商標(biāo)。

Four people were arrested on Saturday in Spain because of packaging counterfeit baby formula mostly destined for China. Eight tons of faked formula was found, according to police in Girona. One of the four impostors has had a criminal record in his home country.

上周六，西班牙警方逮捕了四名嫌疑人，涉嫌包裝假冒的嬰兒奶粉，其中大部分銷往中國(guó)。西班牙赫羅納警方稱共繳獲了8噸假奶粉。其中一名嫌犯在其原籍國(guó)曾有犯罪記錄。

The investigation was developed in Spain. The police quickly locked up a suspicious buyer and intercepted a cargo ship, which is filled with 13,320 cases of fake milk powder labeled with different brands, at the port, in the small town of Girona, Spain. The buyer was preparing to distribute fake milk formula powder to some other places. Meanwhile, in a house on Lloret de Mar in Girona, the police discovered some documents related to illegal conduct.

目前西班牙警方正就此展開調(diào)查。警方迅速鎖定了一名嫌疑買主，并在赫羅納小城的港口截獲一艘貨船，船上裝滿了13320箱假奶粉，貼著各種各樣的商標(biāo)。買主正打算把假奶粉分銷到其他地方。同時(shí)，警方還在赫羅納濱海略雷特的一幢房子里發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些與犯罪行為有關(guān)的文件。

The product, bought in bulk in Poland for one euro per kilogram and delivered to Barcelona to be packaged, was not harmful but lacked the nutrients needed by infants, which will indirectly affect the growth of babies. Besides, the lack of sanitation supervision and quality inspection will also be followed by a high risk of children’s health such as fever and rashes after consuming the formula.

犯罪嫌疑人從波蘭以每公斤1歐元的價(jià)格大量購(gòu)買奶粉，運(yùn)到巴塞羅那包裝。這些奶粉對(duì)身體無害，但缺少嬰兒所需的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分，會(huì)間接影響嬰兒生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育。此外，由于缺少衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管和質(zhì)量檢查，嬰兒在食用這些假奶粉后患上發(fā)燒和皮疹等疾病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也較高。

After being packaged, the powder can be sold 10 euro per 600 gram on their website to the world.

在包裝好后，這些奶粉以每600克10歐元(約合77元人民幣)的價(jià)格在網(wǎng)上銷往全球。

The main destinations of the milk is China, according to the police.

西班牙警方表示，這些假奶粉主要銷往中國(guó)。

China itself is the world’s fourth-largest milk producer, but the domestic dairies cannot meet the large demand.

New safety regulations went into effect on January 1, 2018, instructing China’s baby-formula industry to remove around 1,400 products from the shelves in January, clearing the way for international brands, especially from the US and European countries to grab the shares of a $20 billion market.

2018年1月1日起，中國(guó)開始實(shí)行新的安全法規(guī)，在這一法規(guī)的指導(dǎo)下，市面上大約1400種嬰兒配方奶粉被要求下架，為國(guó)際奶粉品牌特別是歐美奶粉搶占市場(chǎng)價(jià)值200億美元(約合1264億元人民幣)的中國(guó)市場(chǎng)帶來機(jī)遇。

In some parents’ eyes, brands from European countries and the US contain better ingredients and pass stricter safety checks.

在一些家長(zhǎng)的眼中，歐美奶粉所含成分更好，還通過了嚴(yán)格的食品安全檢查。

“If the quality is good, I will buy it, even if the price is higher,” Zhou Liwen, a 34-year-old mother of a 3-year-old-son, told the Bloomberg.

The investigation began because of a warning from Europol, the EU government agency, after Polish authorities dismantled a similar factory in Poland without any arrests.

西班牙開展的這次調(diào)查起因于歐洲刑警組織(歐盟內(nèi)部機(jī)構(gòu))的警告，此前波蘭當(dāng)局在波蘭關(guān)閉了一家類似的工廠，但沒有逮捕任何人。

3 海淘第三大陷阱 “廠家直銷”或是假貨

很多人不太相信低價(jià)海淘，所以不法分子會(huì)打著“廠家拿貨”的幌子告訴消費(fèi)者來取得信任。有常識(shí)的人知道一般品牌為了維持專柜的定價(jià)和口碑，是不會(huì)用廠家名義給任何個(gè)人或者商家提供產(chǎn)品貨物的。而賣的很火的產(chǎn)品都不用為銷量而顧慮，又何必低價(jià)出售呢?
