故宮淘寶官方旗艦店下架網(wǎng)紅娃娃

The Palace Museum online store pulled one of theirrecently released cultural creative products, theprincess doll, off the market, due to its body'sresemblance of a certain foreign brand.

故宮網(wǎng)店于近日下架了他們最近推出的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品之一“俏格格娃娃”，原因是其身體部分與國(guó)外某品牌娃娃相似。

The official Taobao store of the museum published astatement on their homepage.

故宮在其淘寶官方旗艦店主頁(yè)發(fā)表了一則聲明。

The statement emphasized that the head of the dollwas the designers' original, and there is nopossibility of a similar one in the market.

該聲明強(qiáng)調(diào)此款娃娃頭部外觀為設(shè)計(jì)師原創(chuàng)，市面上不可能有同款。

However, the intellectual property of the doll's body part belongs to a cooperating factory, which has authorized the store to use it.

娃娃身體部分的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)雖屬合作工廠，但該工廠已授權(quán)故宮淘寶店使用。

The store expressed gratitude to warmhearted friends' suggestions and decided to recall thedoll and remake its body with a new model.

故宮淘寶店對(duì)很多熱心朋友給出的意見(jiàn)表示感謝，決定召回此前售出的娃娃并采用新模型重造娃娃的身體部分。

Despite the controversy over the doll, many gave thumb-ups to the quick response of thestore, as well as their attitude towards the intellectual property right.

盡管關(guān)于該娃娃存在爭(zhēng)議，但許多人還是對(duì)該旗艦店的快速反應(yīng)和他們對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的態(tài)度表示了支持。

"The store may be not strict enough in scrutiny, but the Palace Museum's attitude ispersuasive enough. I hope the public would give the original designers a healthyenvironment and allow them to grow up," one Weibo user said.

一名微博用戶表示：“該旗艦店在審查方面可能不夠嚴(yán)格，但故宮博物院的態(tài)度很有說(shuō)服力。我希望公眾能給原始設(shè)計(jì)師一個(gè)健康的環(huán)境，讓他們成長(zhǎng)。”
