代表委員通道展現(xiàn)開放透明與自信

全國政協(xié)委員、中國載人航天工程辦公室副主任、航天員楊利偉3日在全國政協(xié)十三屆一次會議首場“委員通道”上表示，今年，我國將選拔第三批航天員，此次選拔在數(shù)量、種類、范圍上都有所變化。

“以前飛行任務(wù)兩年左右一次，將來空間站建造和運(yùn)營期間每年要有兩次發(fā)射”，楊利偉說。
The work backgrounds and types of people eligible for recruitment will also change. Moreover, women will be encouraged to apply.
他說，本次航天員選拔招收的工作背景和人員范圍也將發(fā)生變化，我們也鼓勵女性航天員參加選拔。
"We invite more passionate young people to join the recruitment process to help transform our nation into a space powerhouse," Yang said.
他說：“歡迎和邀請更多有志青年參與到航天員選拔中來，把我國打造成航天強(qiáng)國。”

云南怒江傈僳族自治州民族文化工作團(tuán)演員茸芭莘那說，希望把少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)文化融入到美麗鄉(xiāng)村戰(zhàn)略中。
Rongbaxinna suggested the country's cultural departments preserve the traditional art forms through multimedia channels and by collecting them at national-level archives.
茸芭莘那建議說，文化部門應(yīng)通過多媒體將傳統(tǒng)藝術(shù)形態(tài)收入國家級檔案管理中，以保護(hù)它們。
"Pumi people have no written language," she said. "More efforts should be taken to care more for the art forms, which are passed from mouth to mouth."
她說：“普米族沒有書面語言。應(yīng)該做出更多努力來保護(hù)其口口相傳的藝術(shù)形式。”
"Thanks to our country's ethnic affairs policy, all ethnic groups are equal, no matter how small of a population it has," she says.
她說：“感謝國家的民族政策，所有的民族都是平等的，不管人口有多么少。”

全國人大代表、小米公司董事長兼CEO雷軍在“代表通道”集中采訪中表示，中國制造要想進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，還需要發(fā)展軟實(shí)力。
Lei listed innovation, quality, design, and Internet Plus as the four pillars supporting the growth of the sector.
雷軍認(rèn)為，創(chuàng)新、質(zhì)量、設(shè)計和“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”是發(fā)展“中國制造”的四個發(fā)力點(diǎn)。
He said innovation including core technology breakthroughs and obtaining a technical discourse was the most important methods for development.
他說，發(fā)展制造業(yè)，首先還是要靠創(chuàng)新。創(chuàng)新主要是要突破核心技術(shù)，搶占技術(shù)的制高點(diǎn)，并且獲得技術(shù)的話語權(quán)。
Quality is also very important as only by improving the quality of Chinese-made goods, can China's manufacturing sector change its old image, he said.
他說，對品質(zhì)的重視是非常關(guān)鍵的。只有把質(zhì)量搞好，“中國制造”才能改變舊形象。
Besides hard power, Lei said soft power such as improving product designs and user experiences are equally important, saying "customers now only buy products which they think are good-looking."
雷軍認(rèn)為，中國制造要想進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，除了硬實(shí)力，還需要發(fā)展軟實(shí)力。這個軟實(shí)力主要是產(chǎn)品設(shè)計能力、還有改善用戶體驗(yàn)的能力。他說：“如今消費(fèi)者只購買覺得外觀好看的產(chǎn)品。”
He suggested China improve its own design abilities and cultivate more designers to build up Chinese brands worldwide.
他建議中國提升自主設(shè)計能力，培養(yǎng)更多的設(shè)計師，打造全球知名品牌。
Lei also attached importance to Internet Plus saying it has helped Xiaomi to grow.
雷軍認(rèn)為，還要重視“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”，小米公司的發(fā)展也從中受益。
全國人大代表、格力電器董事長、總裁董明珠說，現(xiàn)在中國制造發(fā)展的短板，在于一些核心關(guān)鍵部件依然沒有掌握在自己手上。談及“黑燈工廠”(指無人工廠)，她指出，類似的新技術(shù)和新業(yè)態(tài)，是實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型過程當(dāng)中的一個升級，要看到其背后的力量。
“We have eight production bases in China, and most of which are now unmanned factories. We will ramp up resources to develop more core technologies,” said Dong.
董明珠說：“格力電器在全國有八個基地，基本都實(shí)現(xiàn)了無人工廠生產(chǎn)。我們將集中資源研發(fā)更核心的技術(shù)。”
According to her, previously the company had to import important components from other countries to make air conditioners. But thanks to persistent efforts in research and development, Gree’s in-house design departments now are good enough to meet the company’s own demand.
據(jù)董明珠介紹說，之前公司還曾需要從其他國家進(jìn)口核心零部件來制造空調(diào)。但由于持續(xù)不斷地投入研發(fā)，公司的室內(nèi)設(shè)計部門已經(jīng)可以滿足公司自身需求。
