川普推特撕X闖禍 美民眾:你還是關(guān)了吧

A majority of the country thinks it's time for DonaldTrump to log off, and never tweet - at least not fromhis personal Twitter account.

美國多數(shù)民眾認(rèn)為是時候讓特朗普注銷推特賬號，別再發(fā)帖了——至少不在其私人賬號上發(fā)帖。

According to the latest national survey fromQuinnipiac University released Tuesday, 64% ofAmericans want the president-elect to shut down@realDonaldTrump, the Twitter account that he hasmaintained since 2009, which has amassed morethan 19 million followers.

據(jù)昆尼皮亞克大學(xué)10日公布的最新全國性調(diào)查顯示，64%的美國人希望侯任總統(tǒng)特朗普關(guān)閉推特帳戶@realdonaldtrump。自2009年以來，特朗普一直使用這一賬戶，其粉絲數(shù)已經(jīng)達(dá)到1900萬。

The poll found that an even larger majority of Americans aged 18-34, 71%, are in favor ofshutting down the account. Republicans are virtually split on the question: 49% say Trumpshould keep the account, while 45% say it should be shuttered.

Trump has fired off more than 34,000 tweets from the account, and has shown no signs sincehis victory in November that he's ready to give it up. In the nine weeks since Election Day,Trump has generated headlines (and controversy) with tweets on flag burning, the cost of AirForce One and, most recently, Meryl Streep. At times, Trump's tweets arrive in the wee hours ofthe morning, seemingly provoked by something he has just seen on television.

The end of Trump's personal account wouldn't necessarily bring an end to Trump's tweets.Trump will inherit @POTUS, the official presidential Twitter account, when President Obamaleaves office later this month. Obama was the first sitting president to have that account, but allof his more than 300 tweets will be archived and wiped from the timeline once Trump is sworn inon January 20.

關(guān)掉特朗普的私人賬戶不一定能阻止他發(fā)推特。在本月底奧巴馬卸任后，特朗普將接管美國總統(tǒng)的官方推特賬號@POTUS。奧巴馬是第一位使用該賬戶的美國總統(tǒng)，但在特朗普20日宣誓就職后，奧巴馬曾經(jīng)發(fā)布的300多條推文都將被存檔并刪除。

Sean Spicer, who will serve as White House press secretary in the incoming administration,said last week that he expects Trump to tweet from both accounts.

斯派塞將在下屆政府中擔(dān)任白宮新聞發(fā)言人，他上周表示，可能這兩個賬號特朗普都會使用。
