開撕! 諾基亞起訴蘋果侵犯32項(xiàng)專利!

Finland's Nokia says it is suing Apple for breaching32 technology patents.

據(jù)芬蘭諾基亞公司表示，他們狀告蘋果侵犯其32項(xiàng)技術(shù)專利。

Nokia's law suits have been filed in three courts inGermany and one in Texas. The claims cover patentsfor displays, user interfaces, software, antennas,chipsets and video coding.

諾基亞的這一法律訴訟已經(jīng)在德國的三家法院和德克薩斯的一家法院提起。這些訴訟涉及顯示屏、用戶界面、軟件、天線、芯片組及視頻編碼等各種專利。

Nokia said: "Since agreeing a license covering some patents from the Nokia Technologiesportfolio in 2011, Apple has declined subsequent offers made by Nokia to license other of itspatented inventions which are used by many of Apple's products."

諾基亞表示：“自蘋果公司在2011年同意從諾基亞專利組合中獲取一部分專利的授權(quán)以來，該公司已經(jīng)拒絕了諾基亞向其提出的獲取其他專利發(fā)明授權(quán)的要求，這些專利被用于蘋果公司的許多產(chǎn)品。”

 

 

Apple started legal action against Acacia Research and Conversant Intellectual PropertyManagement, alleging they had conspired with Nokia to extort money from Apple.

此前，蘋果公司則針對Acacia Research和Conversant Intellectual Property Management兩家公司采取了法律行動，指控其與諾基亞共謀試圖從該公司勒索錢財(cái)。

Between 2009 and 2011 the two companies were locked in a series of tit-for-tat legal battlesover the patents for the technology they used in their mobile phones.

在2009年到2011年之間，這兩家公司就陷入了針鋒相對的局面，他們對各自手機(jī)品牌中使用的技術(shù)專利進(jìn)行法律爭奪。

At the time Nokia was still the world's leading mobile phone manufacturer, but was being rapidlyundermined by the rise of Apple's iPhone. Nokia eventually sold its mobile phone business toMicrosoft in 2014.

當(dāng)時諾基亞仍然是世界上領(lǐng)先的手機(jī)制造商，但隨后被蘋果iPhone的崛起迅速削弱。諾基亞最終于2014年將其手機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)出售給了微軟。
