Nokia's law suits have been filed in three courts inGermany and one in Texas. The claims cover patentsfor displays, user interfaces, software, antennas,chipsets and video coding.
諾基亞的這一法律訴訟已經(jīng)在德國的三家法院和德克薩斯的一家法院提起。這些訴訟涉及顯示屏、用戶界面、軟件、天線、芯片組及視頻編碼等各種專利。
Nokia said: "Since agreeing a license covering some patents from the Nokia Technologiesportfolio in 2011, Apple has declined subsequent offers made by Nokia to license other of itspatented inventions which are used by many of Apple's products."

Apple started legal action against Acacia Research and Conversant Intellectual PropertyManagement, alleging they had conspired with Nokia to extort money from Apple.

Between 2009 and 2011 the two companies were locked in a series of tit-for-tat legal battlesover the patents for the technology they used in their mobile phones.
