沃爾瑪正式入股京東 1號店成京東旗下品牌

　　Wal-Mart Stores Inc is striking a deal to forge apartnership with JD.com Inc, the second-largestonline retailer in China.

　　沃爾瑪百貨有限公司將與中國第二大在線零售商京東達成建立合作關系的協(xié)議。

　　US-based Wal-Mart said it will sell its Yihaodianwebsite to JD.com Inc. Wal-Mart will receive a 5%stake in JD.com, valued at roughly $1.5b at recentprices.

　　總部位于美國的沃爾瑪近日表示，將向京東出售旗下1號店網(wǎng)站。沃爾瑪將獲得京東5%的股份，按近期股價計算，這些股票價值約為15億美元。

　　Wal-Mart's customers in China can enjoy JD.com's delivery service and JD.com's onlineshoppers can get access to War-Mart's pool of imported food and beverage.

　　沃爾瑪在中國的顧客可以享受京東的物流服務，京東的線上顧客可以購買沃爾瑪?shù)母鞣N進口食品和飲品。

　　Sam's Club China will open a flagship store on JD platform, vastly expanding the availabilityof Sam's Club's imported products across China. It will offer same- and next-day deliverythrough JD's nationwide warehousing and delivery network, which covers a population of600 million consumers.

　　此外，山姆會員店中國分店也將進駐京東。這將極大的推廣山姆會員店進口產(chǎn)品在中國的可用性。它將通過京東覆蓋全國6億用戶的物流倉儲體系，提供當日達/次日達商品配送服務。

　　Doug McMillon, CEO of Wal-Mart, said earlier that the company needs to succeed in China,where it estimates that 25 percent of global retail growth will be in the next five years.

　　JD.com American depositary shares rose 4.6% to $21.06 on the Nasdaq Stock Market amid thenews. Wal-Mart shares rose slightly to $71.1 on the New York Stock Exchange.

　　Wal-Mart's net sales globally fell slightly in 2015. According to Jason Yu, general manager ofKantar Worldpanel China, Wal-Mart continues to experience losses in shoppers as it strives tomaintain profitability and close stores in areas where they are not competitive.
