印度老太72歲首次產(chǎn)子 成全球年齡比較大初產(chǎn)婦

The 72-year-old Indian woman who have birth to herfirst child with her 79-year-old husband has returnedhome with her newborn son.

日前，印度一名72歲的老婦人和她79歲的丈夫迎來了他們的第一個孩子，并帶著他們的新生兒回到了家。

Daljinder Kaur and husband Mohinder Gill have beenmarried for 46 years, but were never able toconceive naturally, believing that they had been'cursed by God'.

金德爾·考爾和她丈夫莫欣德·吉爾已經(jīng)結(jié)婚46年，但一直沒有孩子，他們認為，這是因為他們被神靈詛咒了。

Last month, thanks to IVF treatment, Mrs Kaur gave birth to their son Armaan, making her theworld's oldest first-time mother

Hitting out at critics, Mrs Kaur said she was not too old to become a first-time mother withhusband, Mohinder Singh Gill, adding they were not worried about the future as 'God will takecare of everything'.

對于一些批評言論，這位老婦人回應(yīng)稱，初為人母的她還不算老。他的丈夫也表示，他們不擔(dān)心將來，因為上帝將會安排好一切。

Mrs Kaur underwent two years of IVF treatment at a fertility clinic in the northern state ofHaryana, India before falling pregnant.The baby was conceived using the couple's own egg andsperm, the news agency AFP reports.

懷孕之前，考爾在哈里亞納邦的一家診所接受了為期兩年的試管嬰兒治療。根據(jù)法新社的報道，這名嬰兒的孕育確實使用了這對夫婦的卵子和精子。

He is now 'healthy and hearty' after weighing just 4.4lb when he was born on April 19, said astatement released by the clinic, the National Fertility and Test Tube centre.

根據(jù)國家生育及試管檢測中心發(fā)布的聲明稱，嬰兒4月19日出生時只有4.4磅，但他現(xiàn)在非常健康。

Mrs Kaur said the couple, who have been married for 46 years, had almost lost hope of everhaving a child. She claims they had even faced ridicule in a country where infertility issometimes seen as a curse from God.

考爾表示，她和她丈夫已經(jīng)結(jié)婚46年，對能有個孩子幾乎不抱任何希望了。她聲稱，夫婦二人還因此受到嘲笑，因為在這個國家，不孕不育被認為是受到了上帝的詛咒。

She said: 'God heard our prayers. My life feels complete now. I am looking after the baby all bymyself, I feel so full of energy.'My husband is also very caring and helps me as much as he can.When we saw the (IVF) advert, we thought we should also give it a try as I badly wanted tohave a baby of my own,'

她說：“但是上帝聽到了我們的祈禱，我們的人生現(xiàn)在完滿了。我現(xiàn)在親自照顧孩子，我感覺精力充沛。我丈夫也在盡其所能地照顧和幫助我。當(dāng)我們第一次看到試管嬰兒治療的廣告時，我們想可以試一下，因為我非常想要一個自己的孩子。”

Doctors said Mrs Kaur had been infertile until now because her fallopian tubes were blocked,which had not been detected until she visited the clinic in 2013. After two failed cycles of IVF,she finally conceived in July last year.

醫(yī)生表示，考爾不孕不育是因為她的輸卵管被堵塞了，這個病癥是直到他2013年去診所才查出來的。經(jīng)歷了兩輪失敗的試管嬰兒治療之后，她最終在去年七月份成功懷孕。

This is the second case at the centre where a woman in her seventies has delivered successfully following IVF.In 2006, 70-year-old Rajo Devi gave birth to a baby girl from the same centre,making her the world's oldest mother at the time.

這也是第二例婦女在70歲時，通過試管嬰兒治療，成功懷孕的案例。在2006年，70歲的拉約·德維在同一家生育中心成功產(chǎn)下一名女孩兒，這也使她成為當(dāng)時世界上年齡最大的母親。
