上海迪士尼推出地方特色菜單

Visitors to the Shanghai Disney Resort, Disney's firsttheme park in the Chinese mainland, will be able tosample the very best of local cuisine and dishesfrom across China.

據(jù)最新報道，前往中國大陸第一個迪士尼主題公園--上海迪士尼度假區(qū)的游客將能品嘗到最美味的上海菜和全國各地的特色菜肴。

The resort has put together a special menufeaturing Shanghai favourites with the usual Disneytwist - such as a Mickey Chocolate Tart, Mickey PorkCake, Donald Duck Waffle and Braised Pork Knucklein Dark Soy sauce.

該度假區(qū)推出的一份特色菜單將上海人最喜歡的菜肴與常見的迪士尼元素融合，其中包括米奇巧克力蛋撻、米奇鮮肉月餅、唐老鴨華夫餅、紅燒蹄膀等。

In addition to Shanghai flavours, the menu will also offer other major regional cuisines acrossthe country, such as Sichuan, Shandong, Cantonese and Hunan.

除了上海風味外，該菜單還將提供全國其他主要菜系的菜品，如川菜、粵菜、魯菜、湘菜等。

The food will be served up on plates printed with Disney cartoon images, or even crafted intothe shape of famous Disney cartoon characters.

這些食物將被裝在印有迪士尼卡通形象的盤子中，有的食物甚至會被制作成著名迪士尼卡通人物的形狀。

Benny Dong, Executive Chef of the resort, says they have invited some excellent chefs fromacross China to get involved.

該度假區(qū)的行政總廚董立濤表示，他們已經(jīng)邀請了一些優(yōu)秀的廚師來自中國參與制作。

Shanghai is Disney's sixth resort worldwide, consisting of two themed hotels and six "lands"with 600 to 1,000 food outlets, canteens and restaurants. It is expected to open on June 16.

上海迪士尼是全世界范圍內(nèi)的第六家主題公園，由兩家主題酒店和六大六大主題園區(qū)組成，其中還包含600到1000家快餐店，食堂和餐館。該度假區(qū)將于6月16日正式開門迎客。
