新西蘭5元紙幣獲評(píng)2015年度最佳紙幣

New Zealand's five dollar note has been named the banknote of 2015 by the International Bank Note Society -- a "clear winner" among nearly 40 eligible designs from a record 20 countries.

新西蘭5元紙幣近日被國際紙幣學(xué)會(huì)評(píng)為2015年度最佳紙幣，在近40種參評(píng)紙幣中“輕松取勝”。參與此次評(píng)選的有20個(gè)國家，開創(chuàng)了新紀(jì)錄。

Scottish Clydesdale Bank's five pound note, Sweden's 20 kronor note, Russia's 100 rouble note and Kazakhstan's 20,000 tenge note emerged as runners-up, the Guardian reported.

據(jù)《衛(wèi)報(bào)》報(bào)道，排在新西蘭5元紙幣之后的分別是：蘇格蘭克萊茲代爾銀行發(fā)行的5英鎊紙幣、瑞典20克朗紙幣、俄羅斯100盧布紙幣以及哈薩克斯坦2萬堅(jiān)戈紙幣。

New Zealand's $5, printed by a Canadian company, shows mountaineer Sir Edmund Hillary (the first man to summit Mount Qomolangma) facing the South Island's Aoraki/Mount Cook and, on the other side, a rare yellow-eyed penguin and local flora.

新西蘭5元紙幣由一家加拿大公司負(fù)責(zé)印刷，其正面圖案包括首個(gè)征服珠穆朗瑪峰的登山家埃德蒙·希拉里爵士，他的頭像面朝新西蘭南島庫克山山峰。背面圖案包括珍稀的黃眼企鵝和新西蘭特有植物。

To be eligible, a banknote must have been issued for the first time during the year of the award, and be in general circulation. It is assessed for its "artistic merit and/or innovative security features", including use of colour, contrast and balance.

有效參賽紙幣必須為參賽當(dāng)年首次發(fā)行，且是公開流通的貨幣。最佳紙幣評(píng)選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在于設(shè)計(jì)是否美觀、是否擁有創(chuàng)新的防偽技術(shù)等，包括對(duì)色彩、對(duì)比度的平衡運(yùn)用。

The Reserve Bank of New Zealand had released the new $5 and $10 notes in October last year.

新西蘭儲(chǔ)備銀行(央行)2015年10月發(fā)行新版5元和10元紙幣。

"The note incorporates some of the world's most advanced security features, yet still beautifully showcases New Zealand's history, culture and heritage," said the bank.

新西蘭央行表示：“新西蘭5元紙幣使用了一些世界上最先進(jìn)的防偽技術(shù)，同時(shí)以美觀的方式展示了新西蘭歷史和文化遺產(chǎn)。”

The International Bank Note Society, which awards the honour every year, praised the "stunning orange and brown" design and its "gorgeous polymer window".

國際紙幣學(xué)會(huì)每年都會(huì)頒發(fā)這一獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。該學(xué)會(huì)稱新西蘭5元紙幣的橙色和褐色版面“精美絕倫”，聚合物視窗的設(shè)計(jì)“華麗絢爛”。
