Pollution has a negative effect on innovation in China. Some of the country's most brilliant talent wants to work in the United States to escape from smog, and it is increasingly difficult to hire top-notch talent from the US. It is concern about the environment rather than pay that affects their decisions.

環(huán)境污染和霧霾天氣不利于中國吸引和留住創(chuàng)新人才。環(huán)境污染的加劇，霧霾時間的增多，使得很多國內(nèi)優(yōu)秀的人才想去美國發(fā)展，從美國吸引人才回來的難度也在加大。工資待遇現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)不是影響人才決定去留的主要原因，而對環(huán)境污染的擔心才是。

People shouldn't make a fuss about the problems involving tourists from the Chinese mainland who have helped to boost Hong Kong's economy and directly or indirectly created 800,000 jobs. We need to actively and steadily solve such problems by taking both short-term and long-term influence into consideration.

對于目前“個人游”項目運行中出現(xiàn)的一些問題無需大驚小怪，“個人游”促進了香港經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，香港直接或間接解決就業(yè)人數(shù)達80萬人。要積極穩(wěn)妥地處理好相關問題，但在具體處理過程中，不能只考慮近期的問題，也要考慮中長期的發(fā)展。
