HANNOVER, Germany - Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and German Chancellor Angela Merkel jointly opened the Hannover trade fair here Sunday.（2012.4.22）
德國，漢諾威--中國總理溫家寶與德國總理安吉拉•默克爾于周日（2012.4.22）共同為漢諾威貿(mào)易博覽會(huì)開幕。

In a speech delivered at the opening ceremony, Wen said China and Germany, two of the most important manufacturing countries in the world, are working closely to promote dialogue and cooperation of the global industries, and this will surely play a more important role in advancing global industrial innovation and development.
溫家寶總理在開幕式演講中說道，中國和德國這兩個(gè)世界上最重要的制造業(yè)大國緊密合作協(xié)同推動(dòng)全球工業(yè)界對(duì)話與合作，必將對(duì)世界工業(yè)的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展發(fā)揮更加重要的作用。

China is the official partner country of this year's Hannover trade fair, the largest industrial expo in the world.
中國是今年漢諾威博覽會(huì)的正式合作伙伴國，而漢諾威博覽會(huì)是世界上最大的工業(yè)博覽會(huì)。

Over 500 Chinese companies attended the fair, showcasing their innovative products or technologies in new energy, electric vehicles and intelligent manufacturing.
超過500家中國企業(yè)參加了這次博覽會(huì)，展示了他們?cè)谛履茉?，電?dòng)汽車和智能化制造領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品和工藝。

Wen said in his speech that the People's Republic of China has achieved tremendous progress in industrialization since its founding,especially after the introduction of the reform and opening-up policy in the late 1970s.
溫家寶總理在演講中說道，新中國成立，特別是1970年后期實(shí)行改革開放和對(duì)外開放政策以來，工業(yè)化進(jìn)展取得了舉世矚目的成就。

China would continue its market-oriented reforms, remain open to the outside world, promote scientific and technological innovation, and promote industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization in a coordinated way, he said.
他說，中國將繼續(xù)以市場為導(dǎo)向，保持對(duì)外開放，促進(jìn)科學(xué)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)工業(yè)化，城市化和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化。

Products made in China are generally still at the mid-low end of the global industrial chain, and have a long way to go to catch up with the advanced levels, said the Chinese leader.
溫家寶總理說，“中國制造”總體上還處在國際產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的中低端，要達(dá)到先進(jìn)水平，還有很長的路要走。

China will continue to build an innovation-driven economy, accelerate the shift of growth model and economic restructuring, and endeavor to achieve a transition from "made in China" to "created by China."
中國將繼續(xù)打造創(chuàng)新型經(jīng)濟(jì)，加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整并努力從“中國制造”向“中國創(chuàng)造”轉(zhuǎn)變。

China will embark on a new path of industrialization, which features high technology, good economic returns, low consumption of resources, low pollution and full exploitation of human resources, Wen said.
溫家寶總理說，中國將踏上以科技含量高，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好，資源消耗低，環(huán)境污染少，人力資源充分利用為特色的新的工業(yè)化征程。

The international financial crisis has brought huge impacts as well as new opportunities for global industrial development, he said, adding that it is an important mission for the world to overcome the global financial crisis.

他說，國際金融危機(jī)為全球工業(yè)化發(fā)展造成了巨大的影響，也帶來了新的機(jī)遇。戰(zhàn)勝這場全球性的金融危機(jī)是全世界的重大使命。

Wen put forward a three-point proposal in this regard.
溫家寶就此提出了三點(diǎn)建議。

First, he asked to put more resources to spur the development of the real economy, and create an environment conducive to job creation and the development of the real economy.
第一，他提出將更多的資源投向?qū)嶓w經(jīng)濟(jì)，促進(jìn)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展并營造更加有助于擴(kuò)大就業(yè)和發(fā)展實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的環(huán)境。

Second, he urged efforts to vigorously push for innovation-based growth of the global economy.
第二，他建議大力推動(dòng)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的創(chuàng)新型增長。

Third, he asked for openness and cooperation. Wen said the world's economies should reject all forms of protectionism, move faster to improve global economic governance and make it fairer and more equitable.
第三，他建議大力推進(jìn)開放和合作。溫家寶說世界經(jīng)濟(jì)應(yīng)該反對(duì)各種形式的保護(hù)主義，加快發(fā)展以提升全球經(jīng)濟(jì)管理并使之朝著更加公平公正的方向發(fā)展。

"We should work together to meet global challenges and make the world a better place for us all," he told the audience.

溫家寶總理對(duì)廣大與會(huì)者說“我們應(yīng)該通力合作以面對(duì)全球挑戰(zhàn)并使世界成為我們所有人更好的家園。”

China's industrialization will continue to advance rapidly for a long time to come, creating huge development potentials and business opportunities for both Chinese and foreign companies, the Chinese premier said.
溫家寶總理說，中國工業(yè)化在相當(dāng)長的時(shí)期內(nèi)將繼續(xù)快速發(fā)展，并為中國和外國公司創(chuàng)造巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿蜕虡I(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。

He reiterated that China will "remain unchanged in its commitment to the basic state policy of opening-up."
溫總理重申中國將堅(jiān)持對(duì)外開放的基本國策決不會(huì)改變。

"We sincerely welcome foreign companies to actively participate in China's reform and opening-up endeavor and share both the opportunities and fruit of China's prosperity and progress," he said.
