　　同時(shí)，將助學(xué)貸款最長(zhǎng)期限(maximum term of lending agreements for university students)由原先的10年、14年，統(tǒng)一延長(zhǎng)至20年(will be extended to 20 years)。將還本寬限期從2年延長(zhǎng)至3年，寬限期內(nèi)只需還利息、不需還本金。
