帕布羅·聶魯達(dá)（Pablo Neruda），智利著名詩人，1971年諾貝爾文學(xué)獎得主。他在少年時代就喜愛寫詩并起筆名為聶魯達(dá)，16歲入圣地亞哥智利教育學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)法語。1928年進(jìn)入外交界任駐外領(lǐng)事、大使等職。1945年被選為國會議員，并獲智利國家文學(xué)獎，同年加入智利共產(chǎn)黨。他曾當(dāng)選為世界和平理事會理事，獲斯大林國際和平獎金。
