背景知識(shí)

徐志摩（1897～1931），現(xiàn)代詩(shī)人、散文家。他的詩(shī)字句清新，韻律諧和，比喻新奇，想象豐富，意境優(yōu)美，神思飄逸，富于變化，并追求藝術(shù)形式的整飭、華美，具有鮮明的藝術(shù)個(gè)性，為新月派的代表詩(shī)人。他的散文也自成一格，取得了不亞于詩(shī)歌的成就，其中不少都是傳世的名篇。

作者在這首詩(shī)中把“偶然”這樣一個(gè)極為抽象的時(shí)間副詞，使之形象化，置入象征性的結(jié)構(gòu)，充滿情趣哲理，不但珠圓玉潤(rùn)，朗朗上口，而且余味無(wú)窮，意溢于言外。這首詩(shī)在徐志摩詩(shī)美追求的歷程中，還具有一些獨(dú)特的“轉(zhuǎn)折”性意義。這首詩(shī)后來(lái)由香港歌手陳秋霞作曲并演唱。
