I played about the front gate, pulling flowers.

You came by on bamboo stilts, playing horse，

At sixteen you departed，

The monkeys make sorrowful noise overhead.

You dragged your feet when you went out.

By the gate now, the moss is grown, the different mosses

Too deep to clear them away！

The leaves fall early this autumn, in wind.

The paired butterflies are already yellow with August，

Over the grass in the West garden；

They hurt me. I grow older.

If you are coming down through the narrows of the river Kiang，

Please let me know beforehand，

And I will come out to meet you

As far as Cho-fu-Sa.

背景知識

李白（701-762），字太白，號青蓮居士，又號“謫仙人”（賀知章評李白，李白亦自詡）。漢族，祖籍隴西成紀(jì)（現(xiàn)甘肅省靜寧縣），生于中亞西域的碎葉城（在今吉爾吉斯斯坦首都比什凱克以東的托克馬克市附近），4歲遷居四川綿州昌隆縣（今四川省江油市，這種說法以郭沫若為代表）。我國唐代偉大的浪漫主義詩人，被后人稱為“詩仙”，與杜甫并稱為“李杜”。其詩風(fēng)格豪放飄逸灑脫，想象豐富，語言流轉(zhuǎn)自然，音律和諧多變。

《長干行》屬于樂府雜曲歌辭，原為長江下游一帶的民歌。全詩使用第一人稱的口吻，并運用年齡記敘和四季相思的民歌手法，巧妙地把女主人公的生活場景有機地串聯(lián)在一起，形成了一個完整的藝術(shù)整體。通過這首詩，這位弱小的南國女子用“縈迂回折”的口吻，向我們坦露了她一生中平凡但卻“一往情深”的感情經(jīng)歷。
