Whipping cream: 300gr.
Sugar: 150gr.
Fresh milk: 500ml.
Gelatin powder: 20gr.

Step 1: Put the cooking oil in the mold, then use a paper towel to wipe the entire mold, but leave some oil in the bottom of the mold.

Step 2: Put fresh milk into a pot, and then add the gelatin powder. Let the mixture settle for 5 minutes or wait until the gelatin powder is absorbed into the milk.

Step 3: Put the pot on the stove at low heat, then stir the mixture. Remember that milk should not boil, when it feels a little too hot, turn down the heat or turn off the heat.
