I learned to press flowers when I was a child but never thought it would be such a big part of my life today. I started making glass herbariums about 2 years ago. At first, it was just interesting for me to work with flowers and learn a few new things, like cutting glass and making frames. I’ve read about Tiffany stained glass technique and learned how to solder – this is how delicate frames are made.

當(dāng)我還是個(gè)孩子的時(shí)候，我就學(xué)會(huì)了壓花，但從來(lái)沒(méi)有想過(guò)它會(huì)成為我今天生活中如此重要的一部分。大約兩年前，我開(kāi)始制作玻璃草藥。一開(kāi)始，對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，和花一起工作，學(xué)習(xí)一些新東西，比如切割玻璃和做框架，是很有趣的。我讀過(guò)關(guān)于蒂芙尼彩色玻璃技術(shù)和學(xué)習(xí)如何焊接-這是如何微妙的框架制作。

Soon after that, I rented a workshop because I needed more space for my new hobby, and a few months later, I quit my daytime job. During 2019, I’ve used about 10 kg of metal, 200 square meters of glass and 1 km of copper tape, and created more than 1000 framed herbariums.
