韓國(guó)辣椒醬也分“三六九等”

       The government and the food industry have agreed on the standard of hotness classification, the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Korea Food Research Institute said Thursday.

　　報(bào)道稱(chēng)，韓國(guó)農(nóng)林水產(chǎn)食品部和韓國(guó)食品研究院1日表示，政府和食品業(yè)界最近就辣椒醬的辣味等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方案達(dá)成了協(xié)議。

　　The quantitativecriteria sorts the hotness from "slightly spicy," which is rated 30 or less on a numericalscale, "a little spicy (30-45)，" "medium spicy (45-75)，" "heavy spicy (75-100)，" and "super spicy (over 100)."

　　根據(jù)該方案，辣椒醬的辣味共分為5個(gè)等級(jí)，按數(shù)字量化，辣味從輕到重依次是“稍辣(小于30)”、“微辣(30-45)”、“中辣(45-75)”、“很辣(75-100)”、“超辣(大于100)”，還特地規(guī)定了相應(yīng)的英文標(biāo)記。
