1．線路安排要具體明確，把每一天的活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目及日程都要具體地告知顧客。如：

On the first day we climb the mountain, and the tour guide will lead the tourist group to visit some other surrounding view spots on the second day. As for the third day, in the morning you can buy some souvenirs, and you will come back in the afternoon.

第一天會(huì)安排你們?cè)邳S山上游覽，第二天會(huì)由導(dǎo)游帶領(lǐng)旅游團(tuán)在黃山附近的一些其他景點(diǎn)進(jìn)行觀賞。第三天上午主要是用于讓游客購買紀(jì)念品，下午返程。

若顧客不滿意，要及時(shí)進(jìn)行協(xié)商修改。如：

C: I want to see more on the Yellow Mountain, and I have little interest in other sight spots. Therefore can you extend the time on the mountain?

C: 我想多游覽一下黃山，對(duì)附近的其他景點(diǎn)不太感興趣。能否把在山上游覽的時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)一些？

R: No problem, if you want to spend more time staying on the mountain. You can spend the first two days to see the Yellow Mountain.

R: 沒問題，如果您想在山上待的時(shí)間長(zhǎng)一點(diǎn)的話，我們可以把前兩天都安排成游覽黃山。

2．在確定出行方式時(shí)一定要與客戶協(xié)商，針對(duì)不同旅客的具體情況，提供相應(yīng)的出行方案。如：

If you have airsickness, you can go there by train. 如果您暈機(jī)的話，我們會(huì)安排您坐火車去那兒。

If you have seasickness, you can go there by air. 如果您暈船的話，我們會(huì)安排您坐飛機(jī)過去。

3．在安排旅客在旅游地的活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目時(shí)，要充分考慮到當(dāng)?shù)氐奶厣Ｗ屄每统浞煮w驗(yàn)到旅游地與眾不同的特征。如：

As Shenzhen is a southern coastal city, you will enjoy its unique natural scenery. 深圳是一個(gè)南方沿海城市，你們將體驗(yàn)到那里獨(dú)特的自然風(fēng)光。
