have it out with sb.公開攤牌，解決爭(zhēng)執(zhí)。

在英語中，have sth. out with sb.是一個(gè)習(xí)慣用法，他的意思是“通過公開的辯論來解決爭(zhēng)端”，它同　have it out with sb.的用法及意義完全相同。例如：After weeks of silent hostility they've at last had it out with each other.（他們經(jīng)過幾個(gè)星期的暗斗之后，彼此終于談開了。）

be overlooked是被動(dòng)形式的表達(dá)，表示“被忽略”。簽合同是一件很重要的事情，一旦簽字生效就必須嚴(yán)格按照合同辦事，所以一定要在此之前認(rèn)真地對(duì)待，不能忽略任何一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)。
