工作午餐　The Working Lunch

商業(yè)午餐是一個(gè)在非正式的環(huán)境中和客戶互相了解（get to know each other）的過(guò)程，雙方聊生意、拉近感情，建立更深入的往來(lái)聯(lián)系（build a relationship）。

提出邀請(qǐng)

雖然是非正式的午餐，事先還是要向客人提出邀請(qǐng)，問(wèn)客人愛(ài)吃什么，什么時(shí)間方便就餐。

點(diǎn)菜時(shí)要詢問(wèn)客人的喜好和禁忌，避免點(diǎn)那些容易濺汁的食物（messy foods）。不要以為所有的外賓都喜歡西餐，如果能介紹一些他們不熟悉的美味也是一個(gè)很好的選擇。不過(guò)要事先告訴他們菜的成分，如果他們面露不悅，就不要勉強(qiáng)。點(diǎn)菜時(shí)不能猶猶豫豫，反復(fù)改動(dòng)。此外，應(yīng)當(dāng)避免喝太多酒（excessive drinking）。因?yàn)槲绮瓦€是在談生意的過(guò)程中。
