1. 用在表示建議、要求、命令、遺憾、主張、懷疑、驚奇等的同位語(yǔ)從句中和表語(yǔ)從句中，從句謂語(yǔ)用“should +動(dòng)詞原形”。

His proposal is that the physical experiment (should) be done again.

他的建議是應(yīng)該再做一次物理實(shí)驗(yàn)。

It is my suggestion that we should go to America for further study.

我的建議是我們應(yīng)該去美國(guó)進(jìn)修。

2. 常見的這類名詞有：suggestion, order, advice, idea, plan, pity, proposal等。

My plan is that we (should) start earlier than usual next time.

我的計(jì)劃是我們下次比往常早一點(diǎn)動(dòng)身。

Tom has a good idea that he (should) invite his classmates to take part in his birthday party.

湯姆有個(gè)好主意，即他應(yīng)該邀請(qǐng)他的同學(xué)來參加他的生日晚會(huì)。

3. 常見的這類形容詞有：necessary, essential, strange, natural, urgent, funny, important等。

It was arranged that they (should) leave the following week.

5. 在It's (high) time that ...句式中，謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞要用過去式或should do, should不能省略。
