The thing about life is it's not always easy, and you can't always win. Some point of your life, it hits you. It hits you really really hard.

生活不總是一帆風(fēng)順，你也不可能總是贏，他會打擊你，無情的打擊你。

The person you love doesn't love you back, you get fired, you lose a family member. At some point of your life, you're gonna hit rock bottom.

你愛的人不愛你，你被解雇了，你失去家庭成員，在你人生的某個時刻，你會跌到人生低谷。

You're paralyzed, you're like, "Why?" And that why can really really destroy you. Once you start asking yourself, "Why me? Why not the others, why me?

你癱瘓了，你會想，“為什么?”這就是為什么他能真的毀滅你。一旦你開始問，“為什么是我?為什么不是別人?為什么是我?“

I'm actually a good person, I never did something significantly bad, why the hell did it hit me?" Because that's life.

Life is unfair. Success is not measured on the days when the sun shines. Success is measured on the dark, stormy, cloudy days. And if you can't absorb failure, you're never gonna meet success.

生活是不公平的，成功不是用陽光普照的日子(順境)來衡量。成功是用黑暗，暴風(fēng)雨，多云的日子(逆境)來衡量。如果你不能接受失敗，你就不會成功。

Sometimes it takes things falling apart, for better things to fall into place. Sometimes it takes the most uncomfortable path, to lead your life to the most beautiful place. There's gonna be bad days, there's gonna be dark days, but you've gotta embrace it.

有時候，不破不立，逆境才能引領(lǐng)你走向成功。一路上會有痛苦，會有黑暗的日子，但是你必須欣然接受。

Because that pain is what makes you stronger. Failure is what makes you stronger.

因為痛苦和失敗會讓你變得的更強。

You have to accept those down times, because once you realize those down times, are just as much part of life as anything else, you're able to strive again.

你必須接受低谷時期，因為你一旦意識到低谷時期也是生活的一部分，你就會再次奮斗。

You'll never see the purpose of the storm, until you see the growth it produced. You'll never understand why you went through what you went through, until you see the strength, the power, the resilience that it built inside of you. Ask yourself why.

你只有看到暴風(fēng)雨的產(chǎn)生過程，才能明白它的目標(biāo)。只有看到自己內(nèi)心力量，權(quán)利，韌力的建立，你才能明白為什么你要經(jīng)歷你經(jīng)歷過的一切。捫心自問，為什么?

But this why is a better why, "Why am I doing this? Why am I failing? Why am I even getting myself in a situation where I could fail? Because I have a dream. Because I have goals."

但這就是為什么更好的原因，“為什么我要這樣做?為什么我失敗了?為什么我會陷入一種可能失敗的境地?因為我有一個夢想。因為我有目標(biāo)。”

And the more you're thinking back to those original goals, the easier it is for you to get back up and say, "Alright, it might be difficult, it might be painful, it might be stressful, there might be no people that believe in me, but I believe in myself."

你越想回到最初的目標(biāo)，你就越容易站起來說，“好吧，這可能很困難，可能很痛苦，可能有壓力，可能沒有人相信我，但我相信我自己。”

You know it might have been the case that you should have gone through that harsh break up, that you should have gone through that heavy loss, just in order to find something even better.

你知道也許是這樣的，你應(yīng)該經(jīng)歷那次殘酷的分手，你應(yīng)該經(jīng)歷那次沉重的損失，只是為了找到更好的東西。

But the only way to get to that even better, is to get back up and work. To get back up and put yourself out there again. And arise from that again, stronger, better, smarter, ready to grasp that new opportunity.

但要想更好地實現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)，唯一的方法就是重新振作起來，繼續(xù)工作。重新振作起來，重回戰(zhàn)場。從那一刻起，更強大，更好，更聰明，時刻準(zhǔn)備抓住新的機會。

You gotta believe the tables in your life will turn. That pain will become power, that weakness will become strength, and that confusion will become peace. Better things are coming for your life.

你必須相信你的人生會扭轉(zhuǎn)乾坤，痛苦會變成力量，軟弱會變成堅強，混亂會變得有秩序，美好的事情會來到你的身邊。

Everyday is a new beginning. It's time for you to start treating it that way.

每一天都是一個新的開始，是時候開始用這種方法治愈了。
