英語美文朗讀 第394期 Follow your intuition

In Leo Tolstoy's famous book, the death of Ivan Ilyich, as he lay on his death bed with the question running through his mind. What if my whole life has been wrong? Did I really live? Did I really follow my passion? Did I really give my all to the people and the things that really mattered to me? Could I have given more?

 

在Leo Tolstoy的著作《伊萬里奇之死》中，主人公臨死前，腦海中閃現(xiàn)了這些問題：會不會我這一生都是錯誤的？我真的活過嗎？我真的去追求過我的熱愛嗎？我有沒有全身心地為重要的人和事付出？我付出的夠了嗎？

 

When I reach the end, I want to know with every fiber of my being that I am ready to leave this earth, ready because I always gave my everything, ready because I never held back. Never held back my heart. Never held back my love. Never stopped myself from speaking my truth and living the highest expression of myself. Never stopped myself from doing what was right for fear of judgement or exclusion.

走到生命的盡頭，我想要百分百地確定，我已經(jīng)做好準(zhǔn)備離開這個世界了。我已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好了，因為我已經(jīng)付出了一切，因為我從來不退縮，從來不壓抑我的心靈，從來不壓抑我的愛。我一直都在勇敢表達(dá)自己的觀點，一直都在為活出最精彩的自己而奮斗。我一直都不怕別人嘲笑或排斥我，我不會就這樣放棄我認(rèn)為正確的事。

 

I want to know that I am ready to go because I followed the right path. The right path for me. Ready to go because I followed my passion, because I followed my purpose in life. Ready to go because I knew, I knew what was really important in my life and I always put that first. Ready to go with pride because I always did right by others and right by myself. Wayne Dyer said, don't die with music still in you. Don't live with regrets.

在生命走到盡頭的時候，我想知道，我已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好離開這個世界，因為我走的是正確的道路，對我來說是正確的道路。我已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好離開這個世界，因為我追求我熱愛的東西，因為我追求我的人生目標(biāo)。我已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好離開這個世界，因為，我知道我生命中最重要的是什么，并且我一直把它放在首位。我已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好自豪地離開這個世界，因為我知道我做的事情，對他人而言是正確的，對我自己而言也如此。Wayne Dyer說過，如果你的生命之歌還沒停止，那么就不要去死。不要遺憾地活著。

 

Follow your heart more than your head. Follow your intuition more than expectations of others. Love more than you judge. Hug more than you hate. Praise more than you blame. Be open to things beyond your level of understanding. Detach from the outcome and trust everything will work out exactly how it is intended, maybe not exactly as you planned as a human being, but perfectly for the evolution of you as a spiritual being. Go to the end with pride, with joy, knowing you showed everyone how a human should really live. Bless those around you, by blessing yourself. Give those around you that gift, by giving yourself that gift.

跟著內(nèi)心走，而不是跟著頭腦里的想法走。跟隨你的直覺，而不要讓別人的期待影響你。多一些愛，少一些評判。多一些擁抱，少一些怨恨。多一些贊美，少一些責(zé)備。對于那些你無法理解的事情，要以開放的心態(tài)去面對。不要執(zhí)著于看結(jié)構(gòu)，而是要相信，每件事都已注定，并且會朝著那個方向發(fā)展，可能這并不是你計劃中的結(jié)果，但卻能幫助你改善你的精神世界。走到生命的盡頭時，你要懷著滿心的自豪和快樂。你要明白，你作為一個人，活得很精彩，你向所有人證明了這點。對自己好一點，那樣你就可以對他人好一點。給自己一份獨特的禮物，那樣你就是給了身邊所有人一份禮物。
