The force of Libyan warlord Khalifa Haftar has said they stormed and captured the coastal city of Sirte, which up to now is being in the hands of the country's U.N-backed government. It hasn't yet made any comment. General Haftar's forces hold much of Bolivia.

The former U.S national security adviser John Bolton has said he is willing to testify at president Trump's impeachment trial, if called to do so by the senate. The surprised decision was announced on Mr. Bolton’s website, as democrats and republicans continued to spar over whether witnesses should be allowed to give evidence at the trial.
