I'm on a deserted island, there's a boat on horizon. 我身處荒島 海平線處有艘船只

I gonna get ashore and light my signal fire. 我要趕緊上岸 點(diǎn)燃我的求救煙火

Get this rope up the beach.It's a race against time. 把這根繩子拖上岸這是一場(chǎng)與時(shí)間的競(jìng)賽

Look, there you go, on the horizon.See it? It's a mast. 快看 看海平線那兒 看見了么 那是船的桅桿

Okay, let's get on the hill, get the signal fire lit. 好吧 我們上山 點(diǎn)火發(fā)求救信號(hào)

Every second here is valuable to the survivor.Go on, get lit. Here we go, okay. 此時(shí)每一秒對(duì)于幸存者來說都是寶貴的 繼續(xù)打火 好了 點(diǎn)著了

The flip-flops are beginning to kick in now, a bit of the black smoke. 拖鞋也被點(diǎn)燃了 冒出一些黑煙

On a calm day, the human voice can be heard over 10 miles away over water,but not today. 風(fēng)平浪靜的天氣里 人的聲音在水上 能傳到10英里以外 但今天運(yùn)氣不好

The problem is the wind's blowing this way, 很不巧 風(fēng)在朝反方向吹

and that's gonna mean my sound's not gonna carry far,definitely not far enough for them. 這就意味著我的呼救聲傳不了那么遠(yuǎn) 至少無法讓船上的人聽見

And I guess for the survivor to experience disappointment like that, 我想 這實(shí)在是太打擊人了

seeing what you hope is gonna be rescue,to see that disappear,that must be so hard. 看見獲救的希望近在咫尺 又眼睜睜的看它消失 這種經(jīng)歷太糾結(jié)了

And then it just becomes this battle to keep your hope and your spirits high. 然后 就只剩下你自己在希望與絕望的邊緣上掙扎

And that's why they say the real battle for survival is actually in your mind and in your heart. 這就是為什么人們說 生死考驗(yàn) 實(shí)際上考驗(yàn)人的意志與心志
