An interviewer asked an applicant，"Your application says you left your last job because of sickness. Could you explain that, please?"

The candidate replied，"Sure. My boss got sick and tired of me."

一個(gè)面試主考官問(wèn)一個(gè)應(yīng)征者：“你申請(qǐng)表上說(shuō)你離開上一個(gè)工作是因?yàn)樯　?rdquo;

"application"指任何形式的申請(qǐng)表，申淸人、應(yīng)征者 (applicant)在申請(qǐng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、簽證或一份工作時(shí)所填寫的表格叫做application,它不同于履歷表(resume)。
