If things are busy in the office you could say to someone on the phone 'we're a bit busy at the moment, could I take your name and number and we'll call you back'?
如果辦公室工作很忙，你可以對(duì)電話里的人說“我們現(xiàn)在有點(diǎn)忙，可以留下您的名字、電話，稍后打過去嗎？”
And, 'when would be a convenient time to call you?' or if the caller wants to speak to someone specific you could say 'could I take a message please and I'll make sure he or she calls you back?'
“您什么時(shí)候方便接電話？”如果對(duì)方想和某個(gè)人通話，你可以說“我?guī)湍鷰€(gè)口信，稍后讓他回電話。”
