B: I need to do a credit investigation on another company, but I’m worried it'll be a bit difficult.

我需要做另一家公司的資信調(diào)查，但我擔(dān)心會有點(diǎn)兒困難。

A: How so?

怎么會呢?

B: Well, it's an American company, you see. I'm worried that there will be too much red tape involved.

嗯，你瞧，這是一家美國公司。我擔(dān)心會有太多的繁瑣手續(xù)。

A: We are able to do credit investigations globally. You have no need to worry.

我們能做全球資信調(diào)查。您不必?fù)?dān)心。

B: Really? I have been told,by another bank, that it makes it difficult if you want to investigate a company which is registered outside China.

真的嗎?我在另外一家銀行得知，如果想調(diào)查在中國境外注冊的公司，那些例行的手續(xù)會使調(diào)查變得很困難。

A: 10 years ago, maybe yes. But nowadays we are a global village, it's easy to deal with any foreign country.

年前，也許如此。但現(xiàn)在我們是一個(gè)地球村了，與任何國家打交道都很容易。

B: I'm not exactly prepared right now. How about I go back to the office, get the relevant information and come back before closing?

我現(xiàn)在沒有完全準(zhǔn)備好。要是我回辦公室去拿有關(guān)資料，在你們下班前回來，行嗎?

A: I'll look forward to it and make sure all of the paperwork is ready and waiting.

我會等您回來，并且確保所有的案頭文件都準(zhǔn)備就緒。

B: I'll return at about 4:30 pm. See you then.

我會在下午4點(diǎn)半左右回來。到時(shí)候見。
