monkey也可以表示調(diào)皮鬼，monkey around不能理解為被猴子環(huán)繞著，真正的意思是搗蛋；閑混；瞎玩；鬼混。

【例句】
He started monkeying around when the teacher left the classroom.
老師離開(kāi)后，他開(kāi)始搗蛋了。

Don't monkey around here. I've got a lot of works to do.
少在這兒搗蛋，我還有許多工作要做呢。
