wet behind the ears源于胎生動(dòng)物，如牛、羊剛生下來(lái)的時(shí)候，全身是濕漉漉的；雖然它們的身體很快就干了，但是耳朵背后卻還是濕的。如果有人對(duì)你說(shuō)，你耳朵背后是潮的，可能就是在嘲笑你像新生兒一般幼稚無(wú)知，即“年輕且無(wú)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的，缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn)，乳臭未干，少不更事”。
