給別人讓座，可千萬別說成let the seat，這完全是錯(cuò)誤的，是中式英語(yǔ)的說法習(xí)慣，英語(yǔ)的思維是這樣的：讓座，就是把座位貢獻(xiàn)出來，或者放棄自己的座位，那么用到的單詞相信大家都知道了，就是offer或者give up.

其實(shí)最根本的原因就是語(yǔ)言思維習(xí)慣的問題，

我們總會(huì)用中文的習(xí)慣去翻譯英文，

其實(shí)，如果你真不知道怎么用英語(yǔ)說“讓座”，

又不得不表達(dá)清楚，

這種情況下可以換種方式，

可以直接告訴那人“here, please”，

或者說“sit here”，

別人也同樣可以理解你的意思，
