第16屆亞運(yùn)會(huì)將于2010年11月12日至27日在中國廣州進(jìn)行，廣州是中國第二個(gè)取得亞運(yùn)會(huì)主辦權(quán)的城市。廣州亞運(yùn)會(huì)將設(shè)41項(xiàng)比賽項(xiàng)目，是亞運(yùn)會(huì)歷史上比賽項(xiàng)目最多的一屆。

亞運(yùn)會(huì)會(huì)徽于2006年11月17日在廣州孫中山紀(jì)念堂隆重揭曉，以廣州的象征——“五羊雕像”為主體輪廓設(shè)計(jì)的圖案成為2010年廣州亞運(yùn)會(huì)會(huì)徽。
