Ruth: Hey Akane, didn't we have a really good time in the city in Oita last weekend?

魯斯：嗨，茜，上周末我們?cè)诖蠓质卸冗^(guò)了美好的時(shí)光，對(duì)吧?

Akane: Yeah we had a great time. I'm glad we went.

Ruth: Oh me too. It was so good! You know, I thought it was really good to get out of this small town. It was really good to go somewhere bigger.

魯斯：我也是。那真是太棒了!你知道，我認(rèn)為離開(kāi)這個(gè)小城鎮(zhèn)去更大的地方很棒。

Akane: Definitely. I really like big cities.

茜：當(dāng)然了。我非常喜歡大城市。

Ruth: And wasn't it good that we managed to get some shopping done?

Akane: Definitely. I think we got a little carried away though.

Ruth: Possibly yeah, possibly. What did you buy again?

魯斯：可能吧，可能吧。你買(mǎi)了什么來(lái)著?

Akane: I bought a new skirt and I'm wearing it right now.

茜：我買(mǎi)了一條新短裙，就是我現(xiàn)在穿的這條。

Ruth: Oh of course, yeah. Oh it looks really nice.

魯斯：哦，對(duì)，看上去真不錯(cuò)。

Akane: Do you like it?

茜：你喜歡嗎?

Ruth: Yeah, yeah. Is this the first time you've worn it?

魯斯：喜歡，喜歡。這是你第一次穿嗎?

Akane: It is actually.

茜：實(shí)際上是的。

Ruth: And did you buy anything else?

魯斯：你還買(mǎi)其他東西了嗎?

Akane: Erm I think I bought a new CD.

茜：嗯，我還買(mǎi)了張CD。

Ruth: That's right you did. Yes and we also bought a few things from the 100 yen shop didn't we?

魯斯：沒(méi)錯(cuò)，你買(mǎi)了張CD。我們都從100日元店買(mǎi)了東西，對(duì)吧?

Akane: We did.

茜：對(duì)。

Ruth: Yeah it was a good day.

魯斯：那真是令人滿(mǎn)意的一天。

Akane: Did you really like the 100 yen shop?

茜：你喜歡那家100日元店嗎?

Ruth: It was fantastic! You know that's the biggest 100 yen shop that I've ever been to!

魯斯：那太不可思議了!你知道那是我去過(guò)的最大的一家100日元店!

Akane: Me too. Five floors! Can you believe it?

茜：我也是。有五層樓!你能相信嗎?

Ruth: I know, it's fantastic! I seem to remember we were in there for about 2 hours, were we?

魯斯：是啊，太棒了!我記得我們?cè)谀抢锕淞藘蓚€(gè)小時(shí)，對(duì)吧?

Akane: 2 hours. I think you're right.

茜：兩個(gè)小時(shí)。你說(shuō)得對(duì)。

Ruth: I think we were in there for quite a long time.

魯斯：我覺(jué)得我們?cè)谀抢锕淞撕荛L(zhǎng)時(shí)間。

Akane: We were. We were really enjoying ourselves in there.

茜：是的。我們?cè)谀抢镎娴倪^(guò)得很愉快。

Ruth: But it was worthwhile.

魯斯：不過(guò)很值得。

Akane: Definitely. What did you buy?

茜：絕對(duì)值得。你買(mǎi)什么了?

Ruth: Oh that's a good question. Yeah I think I bought a t-shirt didn't ?

魯斯：哦，這問(wèn)題不錯(cuò)。我買(mǎi)了一件T恤。

Akane: Yeah I think you did.

茜：對(duì)，沒(méi)錯(cuò)。

Ruth: Yeah it was really nice. I bought a t-shirt and I bought a dictionary.

魯斯：那很不錯(cuò)。我買(mǎi)了一件T恤和一本詞典。

Akane: Oh that's right, your dictionary! Have you used it yet?

茜：沒(méi)錯(cuò)，你的詞典!你用過(guò)了嗎?

Ruth: Erm I've used it a couple of times but maybe not as much as I should have.

魯斯：我已經(jīng)用過(guò)幾次了，不過(guò)也許我應(yīng)該更多地使用那本詞典。

Akane: Well hopefully it will help you to study Japanese.

茜：希望它能對(duì)你的日語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)有幫助。

Ruth: Oh I'm hoping so.

魯斯：我也希望如此。

Akane: It was quite a big dictionary.

茜：那真是一本大詞典。

Ruth: Yeah, yeah it was expensive so…

魯斯：是啊，而且也很貴……

Akane: How much was it again?

茜：詞典多少錢(qián)?

Ruth: It was three and a half thousand yen, three thousand five hundred.

魯斯：3500日元，3500日元。

Akane: So that's about35 dollars.

茜：大約35美元。

Ruth: Yeah, 35 dollars. That's a lot for me.

Akane: It is for me too.

Ruth: Really?

Akane: But books are important.

Ruth: Absolutely. Don't you think we should go back to Oita sometime?

Akane: Definitely. When do you want to go next?

Ruth: Why don't we go next weekend?

魯斯：下周末怎么樣?

Akane: That's a great idea and we can do some more shopping.

茜：真是個(gè)好主意，我們可以買(mǎi)更多的東西。

Ruth: Brilliant! Ok, let's do that next weekend

魯斯：太好了!好，我們就定下周末去。

Akane: Ok.
