英語(yǔ)美文-漏水的瓶子

你是否曾經(jīng)為自己的缺點(diǎn)或是局限性而感到自卑或是難過(guò)或是焦慮呢？
自卑的心理其實(shí)是我們想要變得更好，但是又不知道怎樣提升時(shí)的一種無(wú)可奈何而已。
但我們需要明白，讓你產(chǎn)生自卑情緒的，只是你經(jīng)歷的一件事或是一次挫折，這些都不能定義為你的身份。
簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō)，自卑不等于你，只是你經(jīng)歷的一次困難。你可以迎頭趕上，不斷學(xué)習(xí)精進(jìn)，在錯(cuò)誤中不斷吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)，直到渡過(guò)難關(guān)。

以上是一種讓人脫離自卑的方式。

今天的故事，從另外的角度讓我們重新認(rèn)識(shí)自己的缺點(diǎn)，直面我們的自卑。
中國(guó)人講陰陽(yáng)，俗話說(shuō)：禍兮福所倚，福兮禍所伏。過(guò)度的自信就是自負(fù)。過(guò)度的謙虛就是自卑?？梢?jiàn)，萬(wàn)事萬(wàn)物，總是陰陽(yáng)相隨的。
認(rèn)清自己，能把自己的劣勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為優(yōu)勢(shì)，也是一種直面自己缺點(diǎn)，克服自卑情緒的方式。

今天的故事主角是一個(gè)會(huì)漏水的瓶子，它為自己總是漏水感到非常自卑，我們來(lái)看看它最終是如何接受自己，利用自己的缺點(diǎn)的。

Once upon a time, there was a farmer and he bought 2 water pots . But unfortunately one of them had a big hole in bottom of it.
從前，有一個(gè)農(nóng)夫他買了兩個(gè)水瓶。但不幸的是其中一個(gè)底部有個(gè)大洞。

The farmer used those bottles to put water and brought them to his town.
農(nóng)夫用那些瓶子裝水并且?guī)鼈兓爻恰?br />

But the broken bottle leaked continually so that it made him feel useless.
但破瓶子一直漏水，這讓它覺(jué)得自己沒(méi)用。

And the other bottle, to have been feeling proud, used to make tease of him every time when he
spilled water.
另一瓶則一直感覺(jué)自我良好，而且習(xí)慣于每次當(dāng)它濺出的水的時(shí)候嘲笑它。

One day, he couldn't stand it anymore and asked the farmer to throw himself away.
有一天，他受不了了,于是要求農(nóng)夫把自己扔掉。

However the farmer smiled ,with saying " Did you see the road in our town recently?"

然而農(nóng)夫微笑著說(shuō)“你看見(jiàn)我們城里的路了嗎？”

They went back down to the road and there were many beautiful flowers.

" Do you see that?”The water that you have spilled so far has grown these plants.

他們回到路上發(fā)現(xiàn)有許多美麗的花。

“你看到了嗎？“你到目前灑的水長(zhǎng)出了這些植物。

Even though we have some bad points,we don't need to stay sad and depressed all the time. Because we also can offer help to others using our flaws.

Cheer Up.Life is Good!!

即使我們有缺點(diǎn)，我們不需要悲傷并且一直很沮喪。因?yàn)槲覀冇梦覀兊娜秉c(diǎn)幫助其他人。
振作起來(lái)。生活很好??！
