你的童年有沒有一些讓你記憶猶新的事情呢？小時候發(fā)生過的事情，有時候想想真的是非常有趣。今天分享一些國外網(wǎng)友小時候發(fā)生的趣事。

I didn't speak until I was over two years old, causing my mother to worry for a long time that I might be deaf. When I finally did speak it was when my parents had friends over for dinner; my first words, addressed to the person next to me, were "would you like some more cake?"

我直到兩歲多才說話，這讓我的母親擔心了很長一段時間，她覺得我可能是聾子。當我終于開口說話的時，是我父母請朋友來吃晚飯的時候：我對我旁邊的人說的第一句話是：“你要不要再來點蛋糕？”

I received my first "love letter" in second grade. I corrected the spelling and grammar in red ink and returned to sender.

我在二年級收到了第一封“情書”。我用紅色墨水校正拼寫和語法，然后還給送我情書的人。

I stole several bulbs off the Christmas tree, took them down to the basement and broke them on the floor to see what they were made of. Then I promptly forgot I had done any of that and later
walked over them in bare feet.

I had (have) horrible insomnia and would stay up late reading. I snuck a flashlight under my pillow so I could read. My mom realized what I was doing and why and replaced the batteries when needed without me asking for it.

我以前（包括現(xiàn)在）失眠得厲害，都會熬夜看書。我把手電筒偷偷放在枕頭下面，這樣就能看書了。我媽媽意識到我在做什么以及知道我為什么會那樣，她便在需要換電池的時候給我換了電池，甚至都不用我要求她。
