夏天到了，減肥的季節(jié)也到了，今天就為大家提供幾個(gè)減肥的妙招。

1. I wish I could lose weight as easy as I lose my keys, pen, cell phone, my temper, and even my mind!
2. "You can't lose weight by talking about it. You have to keep your mouth shut."
3. How to lose weigh
Step one: Turn head to right
Step Two: Turn head to left
Repeat the exercise every time you are offered something to eat.
4. I need to start eating more healthy, but first I need to eat all the junk food in the house so it's not there to tempt me.

1. 我希望減肥能跟丟串鑰匙，一根筆，手機(jī)，或是發(fā)脾氣甚至發(fā)瘋那么容易。
2.“想減肥光說(shuō)可不行，你得把嘴閉上。”
3. 如何減肥：第一步：頭向右轉(zhuǎn) 第二步：頭向左轉(zhuǎn)
每次別人給你吃的時(shí)候，重復(fù)這個(gè)練習(xí)。
4.我得開始吃得更健康些，但首先我需要吃掉家里所有的垃圾食品，這樣它就不會(huì)誘惑我了。
