惠普公司(Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P.，簡(jiǎn)稱HP)總部位于美國(guó)加利福尼亞州的帕羅奧多(Palo Alto)，是一家全球性的資訊科技公司，主要專注于打印機(jī)、數(shù)碼影像、軟件、計(jì)算機(jī)與資訊服務(wù)等業(yè)務(wù)。惠普(HP)是世界最大的信息科技(IT)公司之一，成立于1939年，總部位于美國(guó)加利福尼亞州帕洛阿爾托市。惠普下設(shè)三大業(yè)務(wù)集團(tuán)：信息產(chǎn)品集團(tuán)、打印及成像系統(tǒng)集團(tuán)和企業(yè)計(jì)算及專業(yè)服務(wù)集團(tuán)。

中國(guó)惠普有限公司總部位于北京，在上海、廣州、沈陽、南京、西安、武漢、成都、深圳等都設(shè)有分公司。中國(guó)惠普在大連設(shè)有惠普全球呼叫中心，在重慶設(shè)有生產(chǎn)工廠。

2001年9月4日，惠普宣布收購(gòu)美國(guó)著名的電腦公司康柏電腦(Compaq)， 于2002年5月3日完成收購(gòu)。

2015年10月6日，惠普宣布公司將分拆為兩家獨(dú)立的“財(cái)富50強(qiáng)”(Fortune 50)上市公司，兩家新公司分別名為惠普企業(yè)和惠普公司，前者從事面向企業(yè)的服務(wù)器和數(shù)據(jù)儲(chǔ)存設(shè)備、軟件及服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)，后者從事個(gè)人計(jì)算機(jī)和打印機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)。

2016年7月20日，中國(guó)惠普公司被曝卷入周永康之子周濱利用影響力受賄系列案。

The Hewlett-Packard Company, commonly referred to as HP, is a multinational information technology corporation. Its products include computers, printers, scanners, cameras, mobile phones and televisions. The company was founded in 1939 by Stanford University classmates Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard in a garage in Palo Alto, California. One of their first customers was Walt Disney Studios, which bought HP equipment to test an innovative sound system for the movie ‘Fantasia’. The two men tossed a coin to decide the name of the company – Hewlett–Packard or Packard-Hewlett. Dave Packard won the toss but chose to put his friend’s name first. HP markets its products to individual consumers, small- to medium-sized businesses and office-supplyretailers. It has over 300,000 staff worldwide and generates an annual revenue in excess of $100 billion.
