2月6日起，我國試點恢復(fù)中國公民赴20個國家的出境團隊旅游，其中包括泰國、馬爾代夫、阿聯(lián)酋、俄羅斯和新西蘭等國。中國游客的“組團回歸”也增強了人們對嚴重依賴旅游業(yè)國家的經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇的信心。
Starting Monday, China resumed outbound group travel to 20 countries, including Thailand, the Maldives, the United Arab Emirates, Russia and New Zealand. The mass return of Chinese travelers is boosting confidence in the economic recovery of countries that depend heavily on tourism.

中國文化和旅游部發(fā)布《關(guān)于試點恢復(fù)旅行社經(jīng)營中國公民赴有關(guān)國家出境團隊旅游業(yè)務(wù)的通知》，2月6日起，試點恢復(fù)全國旅行社及在線旅游企業(yè)經(jīng)營中國公民赴20個國家的出境團隊旅游和“機票+酒店”業(yè)務(wù)。暫停了3年的旅行社出境團隊旅游正式重啟。
新冠疫情暴發(fā)前，中國連續(xù)多年穩(wěn)居全球最大出境游市場。中國旅游研究院院長戴斌預(yù)計，從全年來看，中國出境游市場將表現(xiàn)出持續(xù)回暖、加速復(fù)蘇的走勢。從需求來看，中國游客信心正在持續(xù)恢復(fù)。窮游網(wǎng)相關(guān)調(diào)研表示，超過九成的用戶計劃在一年內(nèi)出境游玩，約有四分之一的游客選擇半年內(nèi)出行。從供給來看，中國出境游供應(yīng)鏈已為市場復(fù)蘇做好充足準備。
中國游客的“組團回歸”也將為全球旅游經(jīng)濟注入強勁動力。以泰國為例，2023年預(yù)計將有500萬至600萬人次中國游客到訪泰國，為當?shù)芈糜谓?jīng)濟復(fù)蘇帶來活力。
