《北京中軸線保護(hù)管理規(guī)劃（2022年—2035年）》近日正式公布實(shí)施，將中軸線保護(hù)區(qū)域合理劃定為遺產(chǎn)區(qū)、緩沖區(qū)，并首次明確了區(qū)域具體范圍邊界。據(jù)介紹，《規(guī)劃》是北京中軸線申報(bào)世界文化遺產(chǎn)的必備材料之一，標(biāo)志著北京中軸線申遺保護(hù)工作邁上新臺(tái)階。
A protection plan for Beijing's Central Axis was released on Jan 28 ahead of its application to become a UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) World Heritage Site. The plan, from 2022 to 2035, for the first time specified the heritage zone and buffer zone of the conservation area. A local official with the office for cultural heritage application and protection said that the plan is necessary for Beijing's application for its Central Axis to be included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site list. The official also remarked that the plan marks a new step in the conservation work.

《規(guī)劃》提出建立健全職責(zé)清晰、運(yùn)行順暢的遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)管理體系，形成國(guó)家、市、區(qū)三級(jí)的管理架構(gòu)，以更好地協(xié)調(diào)促進(jìn)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與城市建設(shè)的銜接。同時(shí)，還對(duì)產(chǎn)權(quán)主體、本地居民、外來(lái)游客、專家學(xué)者及社會(huì)大眾，分別制定鼓勵(lì)與支持策略，提升全社會(huì)共同參與遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)效能，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)遺產(chǎn)長(zhǎng)期、有效保護(hù)與管理。
