Tuesday is the third annual Chinese People's Police Day. It is a festival established especially for the police, in full recognition of their heroic struggle in the interests of the Party and the people.

“中國(guó)人民警察節(jié)”是在國(guó)家層面專門為人民警察隊(duì)伍設(shè)立的節(jié)日。
2020年7月21日，《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于同意設(shè)立“中國(guó)人民警察節(jié)”的批復(fù)》發(fā)布，同意自2021年起，將每年1月10日設(shè)立為“中國(guó)人民警察節(jié)”。 2023年是第三個(gè)“中國(guó)人民警察節(jié)”，全國(guó)公安機(jī)關(guān)和廣大公安民警通過(guò)舉行升掛警旗儀式、唱警歌、重溫公安機(jī)關(guān)人民警察誓詞、表彰公安先進(jìn)楷模以及組織警營(yíng)開(kāi)放日等多種形式，開(kāi)展了莊重簡(jiǎn)樸熱烈的慶?；顒?dòng)
人民警察隊(duì)伍是一支有著光榮傳統(tǒng)和優(yōu)良作風(fēng)的隊(duì)伍，也是和平年代犧牲最多、奉獻(xiàn)最大的隊(duì)伍。2022年，全國(guó)公安機(jī)關(guān)共有308名民警、179名輔警因公犧牲，4334名民警、3470名輔警因公負(fù)傷?；仡欉^(guò)去的一年，圓滿完成黨的二十大、北京冬奧會(huì)和冬殘奧會(huì)安保工作，更好統(tǒng)籌疫情防控和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展，護(hù)航開(kāi)啟全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家新征程……在熠熠閃耀的警徽下，人民警察迎戰(zhàn)大考、犧牲奉獻(xiàn)，切實(shí)擔(dān)負(fù)起黨和人民賦予的新時(shí)代使命任務(wù)。

公正司法是維護(hù)社會(huì)公平正義的最后一道防線。深化司法體制綜合配套改革，全面準(zhǔn)確落實(shí)司法責(zé)任制，加快建設(shè)公正高效權(quán)威的社會(huì)主義司法制度，努力讓人民群眾在每一個(gè)司法案件中感受到公平正義。規(guī)范司法權(quán)力運(yùn)行，健全公安機(jī)關(guān)、檢察機(jī)關(guān)、審判機(jī)關(guān)、司法行政機(jī)關(guān)各司其職、相互配合、相互制約的體制機(jī)制。
An impartial judiciary is the last line of defense for social fairness and justice. We will deepen comprehensive and integrated reform of the judicial system, fully and faithfully enforce judicial accountability, and accelerate the development of a fair, efficient, and authoritative socialist judicial system. We will see that the people feel justice has been served in each and every judicial case. We will ensure the well-regulated exercise of judicial power and improve the systems and mechanisms that enable public security organs, procuratorates, courts, and administrative agencies for justice to perform their respective functions and to coordinate with and check one another.
