12月14日，國家主席習(xí)近平在第十五屆中國－拉美企業(yè)家高峰會開幕式上發(fā)表書面致辭。習(xí)近平指出，中國將堅持對外開放的基本國策，堅定奉行互利共贏的開放戰(zhàn)略，堅持經(jīng)濟全球化正確方向，不斷以中國新發(fā)展為世界提供新機遇，推動建設(shè)開放型世界經(jīng)濟，更好惠及包括拉美和加勒比國家在內(nèi)的各國人民。
Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday delivered a written speech at the opening ceremony of the 15th China-Latin America Entrepreneurs Summit. Xi pointed out that China will adhere to the basic national policy of opening up, firmly pursue a win-win strategy of opening-up, keep to the right direction of economic globalization, continue to provide new opportunities for the world with China's new development, promote the building of an open world economy, and deliver more benefits to the people of all countries including Latin American and Caribbean countries (LAC).

中國-拉美企業(yè)家高峰會于2007年由中國貿(mào)促會倡導(dǎo)創(chuàng)立，是中國首個面向拉美和加勒比地區(qū)的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作促進機制性平臺。峰會每年在中國和拉美國家輪流舉辦，迄今已在中國、智利、哥倫比亞、秘魯、哥斯達黎加、墨西哥、烏拉圭、巴拿馬舉辦了十四屆，被譽為“中拉務(wù)實合作的旗艦品牌”。

據(jù)中方統(tǒng)計，2021年中國與拉美貿(mào)易額首次突破4000億美元大關(guān)，達到4516億美元，同比增長41.1%。今年前7個月，中拉貿(mào)易額2828億美元，同比增長14.4%。截至2020年，中國對拉美直接投資存量達6298億美元。

Since its inception 15 years ago, the China-Latin America Entrepreneurs Summit, with a focus on serving enterprises, has played an important role in promoting China-Latin America economic and trade cooperation, as well as deepening bilateral people-to-people exchanges. China-Latin America relations have entered a new era of equality, mutual benefit, innovation, openness and shared benefits. The business community is a new force for China-Latin America practical cooperation, as well as a builder and beneficiary of the growth of bilateral ties.
