據(jù)全國人大常委會法制工作委員會發(fā)言人日前介紹，婦女權(quán)益保障法修訂草案（三次審議稿）本月將提請十三屆全國人大常委會第三十七次會議審議。修訂草案明確人力資源和社會保障部門可以聯(lián)合工會、婦女聯(lián)合會約談用人單位，保護(hù)婦女勞動和社會保障權(quán)益。
A draft revision to the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Women will be further reviewed during an upcoming session of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislature, which is set to convene from Oct.26 to 30. Under the draft, the human resources and social security departments are also allowed to work with trade unions or women federations to have regulatory talks with employers if companies are found to be having trouble guaranteeing women's labor rights and interests, Zang Tiewei, spokesman for the NPC Standing Committee's Legislative Affairs Commission, said while introducing the draft's contents to media on Oct.24.

2022年10月24日，全國人大常委會法制工作委員會發(fā)言人臧鐵偉介紹，婦女權(quán)益保障法修訂草案（三次審議稿）本月將提請十三屆全國人大常委會第三十七次會議審議。根據(jù)各方面意見，草案三次審議稿擬作如下主要修改：
一是，強(qiáng)調(diào)國家采取必要措施，促進(jìn)男女平等，消除性別歧視。二是，明確政府應(yīng)當(dāng)重視和加強(qiáng)婦女權(quán)益保障，壓實(shí)政府及其有關(guān)部門的責(zé)任。三是，貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書記重要講話精神，加強(qiáng)貧困婦女、老齡婦女、殘疾婦女等困難群體的權(quán)益保障。四是，對媒體報道侵害婦女人格權(quán)的違法行為進(jìn)行規(guī)范，保護(hù)婦女的隱私權(quán)、名譽(yù)權(quán)。五是，明確人力資源和社會保障部門可以聯(lián)合工會、婦女聯(lián)合會約談用人單位，保護(hù)婦女勞動和社會保障權(quán)益。六是，完善公益訴訟事項(xiàng)范圍。
草案三次審議稿在現(xiàn)行法律基礎(chǔ)上，對婦女在政治、人身和人格、文化教育、勞動和社會保障、財(cái)產(chǎn)、婚姻家庭等各方面的權(quán)益保障作出更加全面系統(tǒng)的規(guī)定，確保廣大婦女依法享有廣泛充分、真實(shí)具體、有效管用的權(quán)益，為促進(jìn)男女平等和婦女全面發(fā)展提供更加堅(jiān)實(shí)的法治保障。
