When and where were you born?
For example:
A: When and where were you born?你是何時何地出生的?
B: I was born in Shi Jiazhuang on March 5,1981.
我于1981年3月5日在石家莊出生。
你看起來很年輕。
You look very young.
For example:

B: Actually,I'm thirty-two now.事實上我今年32 歲了。
到今年年底我就22歲了。
I will be twenty-two by the end of this year.
For example:
A: Are you twenty-five years of age?你是25歲嗎?

? by the end of意為“不遲于"，強調“最后時限"，如：by the end of this month (直至本月底為止)
